OBAGADAFFI:Administrative cost of over N250 billion is not real, that is a creative way of cooking the books. It will take God's grace for Oando to get out of this mess in 5 years. |

OBAGADAFFI:Oando's AGM will not be in Lagos. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by SMC(f): 11:50pm On Oct 23, 2015 |
manie:If Oando's management is cunning, they will hold their next AGM in an off-putting place like Borno...that way, not so many irate shareholders will attend. |

manie:Pa Emma, what in your opinion could be the implication of the over $461mil (90billion naira) helios/vitol JV deal and why did they deliberately refuse to include it in the released results. WT remains unpredictable and unworthy of trust. In my opinion, this result was released to make some pple sell their holdings while WT and co mop them up before releasing the 3rd qrt result. I wouldn't advise anyone to sell, until the 3rd qrt result is out. Wt that I have come to kn would not just release such a bad result. It is either he wants to declare for bankruptcy (after laundering all the company's money) or he is planning some grand scheme. Only time will tell. |

bigass:it's a faceless forum and anyone can come here to say what they like it is up to you to decide how you spend your hard earned money! i think your comment is rather unfair. If you base you investment decisions on what people say on this forum, then I advise you should be Demo trading. Stop blaming other for the decisions you have taken with your money, blame yourself ! |

Mpeace:Their next result will probably take another 1yr before coming out. For those of you that didnt invest your "LONG TERM IDLE FUND" It's still better for you to sell off and have your peace of MIND. Like I said about 4months ago, OANDO admin is as confused as the present Nigeria govt bcuz they don't know how to recoup the money they spent on campaign due to fallen oil price. What's actually happen was devious Wale and cabals has initially wanted to use the COP deal noise to short-change the ordinary investors But GOD proved to those crooks that he knows the end from the begining since the deal was sealed on 31th of july 2014. Oil price has been on steady decline from $115 to below $50 now. So that put them in dilemma. Infact it got to a point I uploaded a movie called "WOLFS of the WALLSTREET" on this forum for investors to see what exactly is going on in OANDO but some still ignored it. The BITTER TRUTH is OANDO is now in a state of BANKCRUPCY and their ONLY chances of survival will be if WALE and his fellow crooks decide to vomit all the funds they siphoned from the company of which i know they will never ever be in a haste to take such action. All those huge cross-deals your guys see from time to time is been done among themselves to prop-up their daily average trade for it to look as if something is happening. Note: From onset I never advice anyone to buy OANDO with a long-term fund but with a "LONG TERM IDLE FUND" The above information is the true state of the company he that has ears let him hear. *ThE OcToPuS* |

Mpeace:I agree with you.I think its a startegy for people to sell and they will mop up. Their present book value is 7 naira but I know they will not allow it to get to that level. They delibrately released the result on friday so that by monday, the tension would have died down and they strategise for their mop up.their Q3 might spring a surprise and people will now be regretting why they sold. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Kagame: 7:14am On Oct 24, 2015 |
Investors can be funny.Dem say fire dey burn and some people are still making exceptions, rationalizing and hoping its a strategy by Wale and co to mop up shares. Guys wake up,this is no strategy,Oando is in a deep mess. |

PETERiCHY:You are asking people to sell on Monday, is there a possibility that one will get a buyer even if you want to sell? |

manie:Boyzz are not sleeping...see forum !! ![]() something tells me their Q3 result will normalize this bomb shell. OandO is not BigTreat that sells bread !!, I know how much I lost then. my gut feeling is..if OandO drops to N7, i will buy more if it stays at sub N9, I will stay action and maintain my current holding, As Peterichy says, Not for short term funds, |

Mpeace:Forget all that results. Oando will continue dribbling investors, until the NSE/SEC steps in. Oando made good money in their downstream businesses, but they quickly embezzled the money and declared losses to investors. |

He also advised the CBN and the Presidency to reconsider their stance against naira devaluation, saying the country cannot continue to live “in denial.” "It is wrong to think that you can keep the naira at a certain level when the price of oil is falling without depleting your reserves," Sanusi told CNBC television. "It does not speak well of us to pretend that the naira is appropriately priced." OPARi ![]() |

manie:Yes like the saying goes everyday is for the thief but one day is for the owner. It's been long WALE and the gangs have been short-charging their ordinary shareholders but this time around GOD have stepped in. Now it's either they vomit those stolen funds to leverage or they forfeit OANDO. period. ![]() |

PETERiCHY:What is been done to force them vomit the stolen funds? The money has been eaten and been pooed off, that's all. Shareholders will only scream and rant. Not until a pragmatic measure is taken through sec and all other relevant regulatory authorities, this mess will continue and finally oando will hit a brick wall and go bankrupt. Oando shareholders should organize themselves and march into sec office in Lagos to register their grievances. Nothing will happen if determined action is not taken. Oando guys are highly connected. |
