That alone is enough red flag for any sane investor to do proper research before following Myjoy's recommendations. Like someone mentioned here, there is a reason why Sell, Buy and Hold exist. It beats my imagination that some were too blind to see something wrong in Myjoy's BUy Buy Buy recommendations.

I don't think it warrants a suspension according to the rules governing listing on the NSE but a FINE.

In developed countries there is a deadline and deadline extension period after which the exchange may commence suspension and possible delisting procedures against late filers but corruption will not allow that to happen to big companies in Nigeria.

I think oando will need to restructure and try to dispose some of their asses to pay their debt. This result has been cooked the best they can I believe, only future will tell.

They should as well consider coming to mkt to raise fund and might also need share reconstruction to reduce their over bloated share volume of about 12b outstanding shares which I consider very huge in comparison with its peers

Oando released its interim financial statements for the third quarter of 2014 and 2015.
The result showed that gross profit fell 36% in the third quarter of 2015 to N41 billion from N64 billion in the third quarter of 2014.
Profit before tax fell by 1717% from a positive position of N3.2 billion in 2014, down to a negative N52 billion in 2015.

I am not a capital appreciation investor, I am a cashflow investor who is more concerned about continous cashflow from an investment and using the income earned from the investment to increase my holdings over the years At the fullness of time just like a thief in the night the capital appreciation will come provided the fundamentals are good, this is how the average people I know made their fortunes through the stockmarket.

OANDO on the other hand with the current results has a negative value and will hit 50 kobo if the losspersists.
