OBAGADAFFI: It will be good, to protect investors. They should have long suspended Oando for consistent delay in releasing their results. |

Kagame: I told you all, he never left the forum. @Myjoy08/Myjoy084/Godisfaithful, on a more serious note, you need to reevaluate your style. How a serious investor will only scream buy buy irrespective of price, technicals, fundamentals beats my imagination. It just doesn't make sense to me (no offence, please). |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Manonamission: 11:28am On Oct 27, 2015 |
Elai147: They are the same folks that support his buy mandates and fend off any queries to his recommendation. It's a complex relationship. They'll sort themselves out. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Manonamission: 11:30am On Oct 27, 2015 |
Elai147: I don't think it warrants a suspension according to the rules governing listing on the NSE but a FINE. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Elai147: 11:38am On Oct 27, 2015 |
Manonamission: That alone is enough red flag for any sane investor to do proper research before following Myjoy's recommendations. Like someone mentioned here, there is a reason why Sell, Buy and Hold exist. It beats my imagination that some were too blind to see something wrong in Myjoy's BUy Buy Buy recommendations. |

Manonamission: In developed countries there is a deadline and deadline extension period after which the exchange may commence suspension and possible delisting procedures against late filers but corruption will not allow that to happen to big companies in Nigeria. 1 Like |

Elai147: Ye the NSE is considering that. Oando can't attempt any Right issue on the Floor for now. That company is a basket |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by manie(m): 1:16pm On Oct 27, 2015 |
manie:Instead of keeping a 3 bed room bungalow at Ikorodu, which is valued at N5 million and generates rent of 250k. I will sell such a house at buy FBN at N4.00. This will give me 1.25 million units of FBN shares. FBN managed to make EPS of N1.50k In 9 months, hopefully EPS at the end of the year will be around N1.80k. If a conservative dividend of 60k is paid, I will go home with a dividend after WHT of 675k and a probability of a higher dividend next year, compared to a rental income of 250k. 2 Likes |

angelo82:I am not a capital appreciation investor, I am a cashflow investor who is more concerned about continous cashflow from an investment and using the income earned from the investment to increase my holdings over the years At the fullness of time just like a thief in the night the capital appreciation will come provided the fundamentals are good, this is how the average people I know made their fortunes through the stockmarket. 3 Likes |

rebekah2011:When will it rise to N10 million? Who told you that FBN shares would not have risen to N8.00 per share making the 1.25 million units of FBN shares to be worth N10 million. 2 Likes |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by NextProdigy(m): 1:37pm On Oct 27, 2015 |
lancee: You can quote me. Unless FBNH declares a dividend higher than 10 kobo, FBNH will hit N2.00 OANDO on the other hand with the current results has a negative value and will hit 50 kobo if the losspersists. A word is enough for the wise. |
