IN PRAISE OF TEMMI001 "THE ENIGMATIC AMAZON"

Flatter me, and I may not believe you. Criticise me, and I may not like you.
Ignore me, and I may not forgive you. Encourage me, and I will not forget you.
Indeed, the way we respond to criticism pretty much depends on the way we respond to praise. If praise humbles us, then criticism will build us up. But if praise inflates us, then criticism will crush us; and both responses lead to our defeat.
One of the most powerful forms of human communications is praise. We are surrounded by opportunities to use it-in teamwork, in the workplace, in family life, in volunteering, even in dog training- and when we do it well, it works wonders.
Effective praise can permanently raise someone's performance. It can dramatically alter someone's self-image, or even the trajectory of their life. At the very least, it can make their day better.
At the same time, wrong praise at the wrong time, in the wrong manner, can be worse than useless- it can be devastating.
In the course of my existence I have cultivated the assuetude of only showering praise that I actually mean. Unearned praise is mere flattery. A real man doesn't manipulate people's emotions, or use false or empty praise. Think about a time you earned the praise of somebody you respected. You value that praise because you valued the opinion of the person giving it. And, you valued that praise because you trusted the sincerity of the person giving it.
When you truly, and with sincerity, give someone real praise, you are giving them the opportunity to upgrade their self-image. And it is hard to overstate how transformational this can be. Under the right circumstances, the right word of praise and encouragement spoken into the ear of someone who needs it and is ready, can unlock their human potential.
Without exaggeration, praise is indeed powerful, and it is also, dangerous. If you give someone praise that they truly don't think they deserve they can even start to think that you are clueless. Similarly, if someone is convinced they did good job and you criticise or nitpick, that can be profoundly demoralizing.

IN a world where nothing seems to be real and stereotypical opinion being the default overriding factor of retrogressive comparison of gender dichotomy.
It was against this backdrop of gender stereotypes I felt the irresistible urge to let go of a rather ignominiously hidebound assessment of gender.
Of course; in a futuristic sense of intuition, I view women as the dominant sex across the solar system. They run everything. They are eximiously smarter and they are uniquely invulnerable. The common term used in conversation when referring to a generic person is 'sh' rather than 'he'. The most oft-repeated oath is 'good goddess'
Writing as a man, it may be that this would take things a little too far. But still, if one were not a man one could understand that such a state of affairs might appeal, given the long and tortured history of gender relations.
Today I honour and pay tribute to a bright lady (Temmi001). It's been my great privilege to have known you (Temmi001) for your percipient acuity. You stand tall among your peers. And I think it would be my greatest undoing out of insouciance if I fail to unequivocally acknowledge you. Still, my personal philosophy of life would have been compromised; in the sense that I have always dispassionately subdued my ego and sentiment when it comes to a genuine celebration of unrivaled quality when I come across one.
Your natural endowment of je ne sais quoi coupled with an enviable versatility of your knowledge humbles my sense of reasoning. And I can't help it, but to make a statement that you truly deserve my praise and encouragement.
Please do not interpret this write-up as a subtle penetration into the sanctuary of your sacred heart. Nor should you see it as a chicanery to revive the dormant salaciousness in me. Therefore, I have refrained from using frivolous and often-time phoney romantic remarks; such as ("Had an X-ray today, guess what they found? You. Safely tucked away in my heart. They said my heart is fine with a girl like you in it", "I sent an angel to look over you at night. The angel came back just a minute later and I asked it why. It told me, “Angels don't watch over other angels"wink....Mtcheeeeeew...yeye dey smell. Look TEMMI001, you reserve the right to treat this post as nugatory. Even if you detect an iota of ulterior motive in this post, you are at liberty to label me as a devilishly babbling Neanderthal and a reprehensible enema-addicted conglomerate of intellectual constipation. YES, am quite aware of the potential obloquy this post will generate, but I remain receptive to criticism.
Honestly, I really wish I was in any way connected to you. Perhaps as a younger brother or an elder brother, even as a collateral cousin. But am not a loser after all, as I take solace in the fact that you are a Nigerian. And that makes you my "NATIONAL SISTER", and a worthy compatriot. And even more interesting, I am fortunate enough to be your fellow student in the same school.
Well, you must have impulsively sneered at the above paragraph as a mere flattery remark. But I tell you; flattery is a counterfeit money which, but for vanity, would have no circulation. As a matter of fact, I always implore the ALMIGHTY to grant me prudently to avoid him that flatters me, and to endure patiently him that contradicts me.
You're as fabulous as Aladdin's ring and your sound intellect is as inexhaustible as the deep sea. Frankly, I challenge you to remain a source of afflatus to other young ladies out there as this would make your legacy as imperishable as eternity.
My dearest NATIONAL SISTER, I must stop here lest I become as loquacious as Polonius.
PS: My sources of information about your enviable qualities are your posts on this thread.
