These pictures you are posting are funny. The last Road you posted is dirty and ugly. You can see Port Harcourt is far ahead.

It would have made more sense if you compared with Owerri and not Port Harcourt. Port Harcourt is not a city of roundabouts.

Port Harcourt as an economically viable city will still lead by far because it hosts far more rich residents and more investments. Investors will always take 1000 economically viable cities than to touch one non-economically-viable city. That is where I stand..

I won't take y'all seriously until port Harcourt neighborhoods starts looking like this.
