To be sincere, the protest is not strong as IPODs are painting it. Maybe in Aba and PH. here in Anambra state, it is in Only Onitsha that I heard people protest. the large part of the state are going about their daily business. |

Imo State seems to be the most enlightened state in the South East. No wonder they have one of the highest education index in Nigeria. You will find very few Imo people following an illiterate like Kanu on a senseless mission. If Kanu who without any military training or administrative experience think he can pawn poor and jobless youth to gain fame and relevance, by asking them to pick up arms against the state, then he is more mad than he looks. Once the killing starts the same Kanu would be shouting genocide on his illegal radio and playing the victim and forget he was the one that called for violent confrontation. I recommend George Orwells Animal Farm to all IPOB youth, it depicts exactly the fate of Biafra, in the very unlikely event that Biafra is achieved. |

Odikwa serious o so Imo State ain't part of Biafra? I didn't know there is so much tribalism going on amongst igbos. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, just when I was about taking you lots serious you gave me a shocker |

Abagworo:Let's even assume for a moment that IPOB is a PDP related issue, in other words it's a PDP orchestrated political reaction, shouldn't the duara dullard engage his political machinery to deal the the issues they are raising? Or you think that by branding it a PDP affair, you have dealt with the problem of people on the street? Is show of force, or suppression the best way to deal with a "PDP Affair" ? Should Political issue be settled politically? Beside isn't it an indictment on the current government that the much maligned PDP is able to raise such mammoth crowd and organise these massive protest? Personally, I think the matter is never PDP and it's even beyond PDP; I believe the people on those streets have genuine concerns which should be addressed. Labeling it "PDP Affairs" is defeatist, and shirking responsibility, and it won't solve the problem. Rather it will enable to continue to continue to grow, fester, and hopefully become a reality. Buhari caused the problem, Buhari should fix it; this is a bad time to play the ostrich. |

It's no longer news that the prevailing madness in some states in Alaigbo is being oiled by some devilish Igbo politicians so as to negotiate their selfish interest back to Abuja. It is on record that when jonathan was marginalising Imo state cos Owelle was in APC, Imolites never disturbed the peace of the nation rather we accepted the situation and went about strategising and even our sister states were even taunting us openly for not aligning with jonathan. Now, after the mockery came an opportunity for us to benefit from the government at the centre but some peeps have decided to sabotage this. Well, they should know that some authorities in Igbo land know them and is very ready to start singing to the ears of the authorities if they don't stop forthwith. Udo diri unu |

pazienza:Wise words. But let it be known that Imo isn't under Okorocha's spell. Rochas emerged victorious because many ruralites felt he deserved a second term. Nobody cared what party he contested under - the APC toga wasn't even a factor here. Even at that, the PDP with Ihedioha as flag bearer was a no go area. Had Iheanacho had a very good political structure, APGA would have emerged victorious. Rochas is a prank star. Virtually all his first term china project are all dilapidated, some washed away by rain, why many have been abandoned. His political future as long as Imo is concerned is finished. People are patiently waiting for his 2nd tenure to elapse. As for Abagworo, forget about that guy. I have long decoded his true identity and he even said it unknowingly in one of the thread that he is Ikwerrre. He is an Igbo by blood, but definitely not an Igbo by orientation. His type causes division in Igboland. That is why I seized visiting the Imo thread, because I see there as his melting pot of political propaganda, lies and divisive ulterances. |

Chiwude:Every event has proven me much more politically on ground than a combination of all you PDP losers in Imo State. PDP can never win election in Imo State with what Jonathan did to us. Instead of you people to attract development to our State you encouraged Jonathan to neglect us planning to use same to blackmail our Governor. Imo State people are too wise to be deceived. We know federal roads and State roads and you people's wickedness. This failure of IPOB in Imo State has once again proven one thing. Imolites are solidly behind APC and President Muhammadu Buhari. |

SpaceTour:Go and check GDP purchasing power parity in Wikipedia and go hide your face in shame. Am imo and I support Biafra and don't you fool ever come here and insult my people, imo people we are intellectual and very calculative beraft of emotion that why when we join the movement fully we don't back down we are die hard they don't defeat us that why during the final moment of thelast Biafra war imo was not occupied by Fedral forces unlike your place where you forcefully enter a situation without thinking which gets you killed, for the benefit of all doubt all hail Biafra when it comes to war we Imo would also shed our blood for our anambra brother irrespective of if you are right or wrong on the Biafra issue because what we want coincide with anambra and Imo people common interest |

Rose2014:All the pictures of roads being posted are federal roads which Jonathan and previous PDP administrations failed to fix. Instead of fixing these roads, GEJ supporters and PDP went ahead to dubiously list these roads as being fixed in a bid to deceive unsuspecting voters from the SE that GEJ was working in the zone; the deceit actually worked cos a lot of south easterners till date still believe the devilish lie that GEJ worked in the SE. Now some of you devilish Jonathanians/PDPians are now blaming APC for the state of these roads? |

Heard IPOB has once again shifted their protest in Owerri to tomorrow Thursday and I have equally confirmed that Imolites are battle ready for them. I foresee a bloody clash and advice the IPOB people to cancel the planned protest once and for all. Imolites are not part of it. |

Abagworo:So Imo people are not Biafrans Abagworo, you don't have sense. You'll be quite surprised. Biafra doesn't have anything to do with PDP or APC. We don't care about Zoo political parties. We just want Pharaoh to let us go, so we can go and worship our God in our own special way. The Zoo is a muslim country. We're not muslims |

Abagworo:How do you quantify the success of a protest? The manner of protest in Port Harcourt was the same in Owerri yet you moronically deduced that the protest in Imo State was unsuccessful. Besides tribalism, dishonesty is another major problem facing any form of growth in the zoo called Nigeria. Talking of neglect, Igbo land has marked as a region to be neglected by the Nigerian government led by Hausa, Fulani, Yoruba, Kanuri and the rest of northern region. Two terms of Jonathan Goodluck's government mainly concentrated on reviving of Igbo land cannot begin to scratch the surface the premeditated neglect of 45years of negligence of Igbo land by the federal government of Nigeria. Most dimwits think the everybody connected with the zoo called Nigeria is a dunce. |

ofenmanucom:You are not part of the faces behind IPOB. You are just one of the brainwashed youths to be sacrificed for PDP. Better take care of yourself and family than die for Jonathan or PDP. Imo State has the highest number of Biafra lovers and loyalists but the lowest number of PDP fake Biafra activists in the name of IPOB. Every village in Imo State has been hoisting the Biafran flag from 1990s till this day. |
