2015 index has shown that, South East has the highest level of human development and capital in Nigeria despite being denied from the scheme of things in all ramifications. Perhaps, until every Igbo man is killed then you will realize how important it is to glamour for Biafra. So, spare me with your bad leadership bull craps and one Nigeria hypocritical campaign speech. Nigeria is a failed state and we want out..

Let our youths channel their aggression towards our leaders and demand for a better leadership in the south east.

After all you write up, you do not have the brain to understand the obvious, even after 55 years of disastrous nationhood. You will never have good Governance under Nigeria. Only you can give your self good Governance and that is why you should aspire to your own country. With what you know about Nigerias history, why do you still believe in this British contraption called Nigeria that had never worked? You need another 55 years of no light, no water, no good roads and bad Governance before you realise that Nigeria should be broken up into smaller units so it can work rather than one big unit that is a faliure?
Wake up from your slumber
But strangely, Igbos have always been an integral part of this 55 years of disastrous nationhood both at the federal level and especially at the state levels?... If these set of people in leadership could be disastrous when they answered Nigeria, what sort of fairy tale miracle will make them saints simply because they change name?... No doubt Nigeria is a british contraption, but you will agree with me that Igbos have also contributed a great deal to the dysfunctionality of this contraption called Nigeria....

Let us forget the federal and focus on the state levels, never has it been heard of since 1960 till date that federal allocations were not paid to Igbo states. So my brother, what did Igbo leaders do with the moneys?... If we had problems managing moneys at the local level, how then would changing of name make us any better?... Why can't these agitations be made against local Igbo leaders i.e. state governors, LGA chairmen, councillors, Senators, Reps and traditional rulers?... Why cant these street agitations be made to force the implementation of the national conference report?

Agitating to force the implementation of the conference report is a cause which both the SS and the SW and most parts of the NC would gladly support and join and in no time, we would be very close to achieving regionalism.

Your stupidity is amazing.

Despite the highpoints in the write-up detailing the rigors and adversities of secession, you still chose to be foolish.

perhaps, you should learn from the case of South Sudan as an example .

I'm an Igbo man not a South Sudanese. There are many examples of countries that seceded and are doing well, the biggest being America that seceded from Britain in the 17th century but are the greatest country in the world today. Nigeria is illegal entity. You would not be a Nigerian today if a British thief called Lugard had not come to west Africa to bastardise you with that name. So in essence, Nigeria is a British contraption made up of a forced Union of many unconsenting ethnic groups with different ideologies, norms, customs and traditions but it is from this 'burning house of Lord Lugard' that you hope that salvation will one day come? Cure your self from this colonial mentality that had griped you and many like you who are still answering "Nigerian", the slave name the White man bestowed on them.

Those that have what it takes to secede from Nigeria (SS # crude oil) ain't clamouring for secession but those that are only endowed with Red sand and palm kernel couple with hills are the ones threatening the existence of the nation. Neither Hausa/Fulani nor Yorubas are your problem. Your problems are the leadership style;the likes of Theo Orji, the likes of kalu orji as their types are also found in other tribes and region.

This is not the way to go about your interest. But really, which states make up Biafra, try educating us about Biafra a little bit.

the Labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain. nigeria whether by hook or by crook we will develop and by the same will of God that brought us together which some people claim is a mistake, we will not disintegrate rather we will grow and operate an inclusive nation where everyone feels at home. ipob go back to your homes and states and ask your governors and leaders what they have been doing with the robust federal allocations they have been receiving. when you get the answers to that am sure u will realise that your enemies are withing and closer to you than you think. imagine small oil producing states earning almost twice what large northern states get but still these oil producing states cannot show a serious infrastructural and human development rather they leave their people in poverty and later incite them against other tribes which according to them they are feeding. Mr ibu said it right, sence no common oooo. but I wish it was so that the ipob youths will use it well.

Agitating for Biafra right now is a misplaced priority. We should be agitating for good governance, responsible governors in the south east who can deliver dividend of democracy.
Who are the Igbo leaders that will preside the affairs if the so called Biafra sees the day? The likes of T.A Orji? Achike Udenwa? Iwuwanyanwu?

This is the same way some overzealous peeps led us into war in the 60's and we ended up losing out on many things. Those in the 60's even seem more prepared than the jobless youths running around with flags right now.

What structures do they have in place to sustain a country? Let them ask south Sudan how they are fairing right now.

We need both. Good leaders to hustle and get our share from nigeria, and Biafra agitators to make them sit up and also provide alternative in case the inevitable eventually happens.

Every state receives allocation from the Federal government. What you need to ask is what you various state have been using the state fund to do.

If we have biafra, this question beckons for answer; Who will lead?

Sure, I believe every individual have a right to self existence and sustainability..

If our electoral system is trusted, I would have suggested a vote among the Igbo populace on whether to secede or remain as an entity (Nigeria) .

Honestly, I don't blame my brothers but I will not let emotion overhaul my reasoning because I am yet to see a workable blueprint of a new nation.

I am praying the present leadership under the auspices of President Buhari prove to all nigerians that Nigeria can survive as a prosperous nation with no bias or tribalism.

Again, where do I start from, all my life is in Lagos (born and breed), not that I am afraid of taking a step of change, but my main concern is to see a well justified and workable blueprint.

one thing I know in a greater probability, is that If this four years is the same old story, if no substantial economic advancement, if power sector does not improve reasonably, if unemployment is still at its high, this protest would have a higher leverage of being justified.

But I know God has a plan for this country especially the path this present government is threading.

It shall be well.

NOTE: To tribalist on NL, you almost sore a seed of discord in my heart everytime I read your writeups. But I thank God your plans failed. You almost twisted my view on yoruba ladies, on my igbo sisters and on the hausas as a whole. If you guys know the damage you caused people with good view of Nigerians before joining NL, you will change your ways.

Please seun and the moderators, prove you are true Nigerians. Say No to ill generated traffic which beget hate.

God bless

What we need in Igboland is good governance that's all, not Biafra.

These eediots shouting Biafra everywhere cannot tell you categorically and mathematically how and what this Biafra would look like and how it would run.

How would they provide jobs for the massive army of unemployed Igbo youths if Biafra is declared today?

How will they pay salaries?

How will they provide power, good water and all that assuming Biafra starts today?

Who is their foreign ally? They are busy cursing Britain and others!

Who are your local allies? Everybody should get lost, Biafra can survive, we can do it!

These IPOB people are very daft animals I tell you.

Please, which of the oil producing states are you going to drag into the Biafra? It is glaringly obvious that you are hoping to sustain the Biafra in your mind with oil from states in Nigeria.

So it is my Igbo brothers that have not smelled the presidency that would resuscitate the EFCC to deal with criminal Igbo governors preying on a weak federal system?
It is my Igbo brothers that have not been president sine 1962 that would chart economic policies that would stimulate growth, devt and then create jobs, develop the country, create modern national transportation network that would create a cyclic chain of growth and development?
It is my Igbo brother that have not even gotten a chance at the presidency that would create a military industrial complex that would create jobs, increase GDP, and a strong industrial base?
The SE gets by far the least federal allocation in this country. What kind of possible serious development do you think those meagre funds can create?
The confab resolution that should give more powers to the state to create enough revenues for development was jettisoned by your president.
So, as much as the SE governors are very culpable, the problem is much deeper.
