I do say it to the faces of most of their party top echelon in the state whenever I am in the state.

Atimes they admit that they messed up. They always say Aregbe is stubborn and does not listen to others.

I can assure you that with 50bn Aregbe would have turned around the fortune of State, if he was sincere enough. He could have spread the repayment for 7-8years with a maximum monthly repayment of 600m. Effectively, he would have completed major projects and also have enough for salary payment and daily operational exigencies.

I did the analysis of 50bn for them and they had to agree with me that they messed up. With that amount, his impact on education, agriculture, health, tourism and infrastructure would have been forever.

At least they have someone reasonable and honest enough to tell them the truth which they admit to but have they thought up any way out of this mess or they're waiting for a possible miracle from crude oil sales?

E jowo, e gbiyanju lati ma wa ni ile daada ki e le bawon dari oro policy making wan wherever you can.

I have a senior colleague that was rooting for Omisore and I told him that "Egbon, e n waste time yin ni."

He backed out of his campaign train afterwards. He said for me to have said that, he knows that must be beat within the state.

PDP goofed with Omisore. Aregbe's masterstroke was getting Oyinlola and Adeleke to move to APC.

For your information, APC is prepping a guy from my home town, Iwo. He is based in Lagos too. The guy seems OK from afar but I have not had time to engage him to realise how cerebral he is an what his plans are.

Oyin embezzled and did not touch the roads but he at least was able to erect and run a university without strikes or owed salaries to local and even professors from outside Naija until Aregbe came and all professors began to flee.

Oyinlola kept the state running, let's give him that.

Oyinlola owed secondary and primary school teachers salaries. He fired certain teachers, saying the subject they are teaching is irrelevant (e.g Yoruba language) , came up with stupid policies. I don't know about the universities in Osun state though, but the primary and secondary schools were not well taken care of.
Don't even talk about the health sector. That guy finished Osun state.
Oyinlola is to Osun state, as Gbenga Daniel is to Ogun state.

Iya mi, e jo, what did Aregbe do in his first term o?

His first term was the beginning of downturn for Osun. Other than the road network and flower planting, dude did not do chit in his first term o.

Se first term that he overturned the policy put in place by Oyinlola to run the state university that now has the school struggling to stay afloat?

Eran ni Aregbe o, infact, he is giving Ijesa people a bad name. Ijesa folks are known to be brilliant and successful in whatever field they are but mehn Aregbe ti ba ile je.

Eyin Ijesa will have to support whatever candidate Ife brings apart from maybe Omisore o but going by the votes he amassed during the last election and edi to mu Aregbe right now, if Omisore vies again, he may win o.

People have a perpetual hate for Omisore in Osun, I don't think that dude will ever govern Osun. Anyway, I'm not God sha.

Only if Omisore had not inisted on becoming governor of Osun State and embarrassed some PDP chaieftains out of the party, PDP could have defeated AregbeUseless and we wouldn't be in this mess now.

AregbeRascal F big time. There was a time he said "I can't pay salaries because banks no longer give me loan". I felt like e-shoot him in the head. Must bank grant him loan forever to pay salaries?

Aregbesola is a disgrace to Ijeshaland. My people always bash him whenever I call home. We are not failures, Aregbesola is a disappointment. Sometimes I ask myself, is this dude really one of us? I'm tired of that dude mehn.

The project and economic teams he brought from Lagos ruined everything. The Osun professionals have been running that state successfully for years until stubborn Aregbesola came on board. I don taya for that dude. O ti sun mi.

Oyinlola was a brazen looter. What did he achieved with funds from Excess Crude oil?

He took loan from Oceanic , to execute th free trade zone project and tomato puree industry, and the collective money that the people of Osun are busy repaying was looted by Oyinlola and his cohorts.

All the roads he did for billions of naira were substandard. I am sure they are all in bad state now.

Aregbe is not better in any way when you compare the amount the state is owing to the development on ground ground the comatose state of Osun.

Did we need the changes of name to state of Osun and the attendant cost of change of letter heads, signposts etc

Was the change in uniform necessary?

Why demolish schools when we have not seen the on you promised us?

All these can only happen in a state full of educated but unexposed people like Osun State or is it State of Osun.

Duke, I've seen that Rotimi dude in a number of videos and I think he's in 50's 'Power' mini episodes. I didn't know he is Yoruba until I saw that lotto video on Worldstarhiphop.

Yes, he's Yoruba and he's one of the main characters on the season of the Power series.

I think he's signed to Gunit now and you'll see him around 50cent a lot and probably in all the subsequent Power Series cos the script looks like he's going to be there for a long time.

Wale started the trend of Yoruba artists using their Yoruba name, rather than a tag. There's a next one signed to Young Jeezy (I can't remember his name cos I don't really like his type of music and he has the ATL funny accent lol) using his first name. OG Maco is also Yoruba. And there's a Houston Rap legend called "Lil O" - he's also Yoruba, the "O" is for "Ore", his name. He was actually born in Lagos, but raised in Houston. There are so many of them, especially from New York City. The Akinyeles of this world etc.. If you listen to Nas a lot, you'll hear a lot of Yoruba names among the guys he grew up with in Queensbridge. There's a "Taiye" guy he talks about all the time. Then you've got some from Brooklyn as well, who're mostly into production and management. But with a lot of them, their parents have been in the US since the 60s.

Yeah I took the school uniform brouhaha personal because it was not right for any religion to impose itself on a system that belongs to all of us.

I took on one of Aregbe's lawyer on my position of argument and demanding answers from him. They had to agree that the position is right and that was demonstrated by the judgement in Lagos.

Your right stops when you start infringing on the rights of others. Nobody was forced to go to school. When you decided to go to school, you have actually agreed to set your right aside and follow the rules and regulations that governs that controlled environment.

I could not stand him throwing my peaceful town into chaos despite th fact that the town has decades of history of good working relationships among the religions.

Islam is very strong there. Baptist is very strong too, likewise egungun festival. The whole community contributed towards Bowen University, irrespective of the religion.

It was very personal to me. It was Aregbe's mad policy carried too far for me.

Religion was one of the reasons why Omisore lost the election to AregbeUseless.

During his campaign, Omisore said he was going to return public schools to the missionaries. Even if he was going to do that, he should have done that after he must have emerged victorious.

I wouldn't have made such costly mistake in a state like Osun where about 60% of the populace are muslems.

Also, prior to the election, PDP made some mistakes. They demonize AregbeUseless. They called him Boko Haram. They said he was going to impose Islam religion on people in Osun State. The dude said his sister is a christian, if he couldn't forced his sister to remain in Islam how would he impose Islam on Osun people when his Ijesha kinsmen are mostly christians.

They also accused of attempting to carve Osun State out of Nigeria, the accusation was baseless.

The final blow was to field Omisore as the gubernatorial candidate against the wish of major stakeholders in the party.

Alhaji Isiaka Adeleke could have won if PDP fielded him against AregbeUseless. Serubawon was embarrassed and forced out of PDP. The dude decamped to APC and later got senatorial ticket.

I believe they have learnt their lessons.

It's quite unfortunate PDP couldn't put their house in order, that goat would have been sent back to Lagos.

Only God knows when we are going to get out of this financial mess caused by OyinUseless and AregbeUseless.

The problem with Osun state is that the educated ones are not actively involved in politics. They leave the voting to the uneducated ones who cast their votes according to the quantity of foodstuffs they received during the course of the campaign.
