This code this code that,i think the driver went to jail cos he have no backup,am nt saying wht the guy did was right But is the woman a baby not to reject the woo of the driver and gifts maybe the woman has complained to the driver that her husband does nt satisfy her sexually which may motivate the poor driver,she gave her self to him at will not by force.

yesso, in hte northern part of Nigeria where the Penal code is used (the criminal code is used in the south) it is a crime to entice a married woman. Beware.

There is a law on "enticing". It has rarely been used, so you wouldn't know. They used to have it in the UK - that's where we got it from. I don't think the British still have it or even if they do, they definitely no longer use it since a man would rather not go to the police to report that someone took his wife.
