nah! They will be given sometime to pay...usually 1 or 2 week(s), then late reg will start.
After late reg, registration will close.

if the person fails to register before the commencement of late registration, he/she can still register during late registration but with extra charges.
If he/she does not register and d time for late registration elapses, then I want to assume the admission has been forfeited since registration will be closed.

NB: this is an assumption as I av nt heard of such case before so there might be other ways to handle this which am nt aware of.
