Ofcourse with his credit card, his card won't be charged until the date he booked to arrive. Also almost all the bookings can be cancelled a day before arrival, all he has to do is book and confirm with his card, print the reservation and cancel the booking in the next 1 hour.

.. If one is using just Neco results/certificate to apply for a job in UAE does one take the Neco results to just ministry of education for authentication or the three (Moe,Fa and UAE embassy) Also can one get a security job with just Neco cert?

Hi Guys, I need a quick help in confirming an info and I have tried reading through from the first page and google but couldn't find it. I plan being in Dubai for transit from 26th to 30th of this month (November) before another onward trip, but the same agent I bought ticket from at wakanow gave me a visa that is valid from 15th until 28th of Nov, but when I raised it he said it only means I have to enter Dubai before the 28th that it doesn't mean I need to leave by 28th. Kindly help confirm his claim is right before I go flouting their immigration rule. Thanks
