Why won't Nigerians share the full and real testimony so others can also find help? Why hide the part about IVF and let other women in the same shoes keep running around to find help

Because Nigerians will always lie and hide that part hence making other women also suffer for 20 30 years before finding out it is IVF and their issue could have been easily solved with technology years ago.
Multiple births, years of infertility doesn't take a genius to know it is IVF 5 eggs are normally implanted hoping one or two will survive hence the multiple births
