Not entirely. ..
Had my LO circumcised for $160.00...
It depends on the doc's practice plus they apparently got different styles and procedures.
The choice us urs.

MiddyO:

In Dallas it's $500 for Circumcision.

I am so taking Epidural! Some people have been preaching Christian stories that touch to me, but sorry I no wan know. God has used technology to bless us.

I wanted to brave it o. The nurse kept asking me if I wld take epidural I said no..
TheY gave me pain killer that made me sleep... But that worked for a while, na d pain wake me.
It was me screaming for epidural.... Chai...
As soon as epidural was given... It was a jolly good ride. And the anesthesiologist was so fast.

2 passport photos, original certificate, letter of consent signed by both parents. I think it's between 250 and 270 dollars.
Re: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 3 by LI(m): 9:21pm On Nov 23, 2015
ETC is $270 plus $20 for regular mail or $30 for priority. You have the option of sending all the requested documents via email. That's what I did. But if your decision is to mail the documents still, you need 2 passport photos, a copy of baby's BC, copies of parents data page, letter of consent from parents, travel itinerary and MO for the stated amounts

This surely doesn't matter anymore since you already paid and you were happy with the deal but from experience I know those agents at the US Anesthetists office can make you swallow spit when they communicate to you your bill. If I tell you how much they initially said we owed for anesthesia, you will marvel. Dude even asked me to fax him correspondence with the hospital and they will have to review my request for a price slash with a feedback to be expected in 30 days! Guess what? I sent them the stupid fax. But then I called again and the new agent was glad to receive my payment for $950 after admitting the previous agent didn't know sh!t about what he was talking about.

when d dude said 900 i "parad" o... He had to go get their price quotes and all... We paid 900.
My husband was happy to sef.... Epidural is the next best thing after jollof rice.

Everything is scanned and sent to her, including the BC and pport photo. It is $270, and $20 for overnight delivery. I pd to her account, I didn't need to use money order.

Good evening my people.
I sent notification of intent to both Lagos and Abuja but I only got response from Abuja.
No response from Lagos for almost a week now.
Can I use the one I received from Abuja. My visa was issued in Lagos.

I believe you can change your status in the US from a Visitors to a Students Status. See below from USCIS website. However, you must do it before the end of your 6 months.

Change My Nonimmigrant Status
If you want to change the purpose of your visit while in the United States, you (or in some cases your employer) must file a request with USCIS on the appropriate form before your authorized stay expires. For instance, if you arrived here as a tourist but want to become a student, you must submit an application to change your status. We recommend that you apply as soon as you determine that you need to change to a different nonimmigrant category.
Go to this site for more details: http://www.uscis.gov/visit-united-states/change-my-nonimmigrant-status-category/change-my-nonimmigrant-status

You are good to go. I think abuja's responses are even better. Lagos is probably getting tired of responding to the change of intent letters.

Back pain is one of the side effects of epidural, and I hear it gets worse if you carry heavy things like when you carry your baby with your carrier. That was one of the reasons I endured labor pain cos of back pain in future.

The incidence of back pain post delivery is almost 50%
Predisposing factors are varied, but EPIDURAL IS NOT ONE OF DEM.
Summary, with or without epidural, if u will have back pain, u will have it,

yes you can. the delay I hear sometimes depends on the multitude of emails they receive and would have to reply each as they read. Wife visa was in Abuja but she used the letter from Lagos

Have all your zero balance receipt and you are good to go. If you ve written to them b4, I don't think there's any need for that. I used one visa twice for childbirth even dou I got d visa for child birth.

We talked to our Dr about settling whatever bill we can settle before we r discharged... She told the nurse to get the greater Houston anesthesiology people.

He (the anesthesiologist in charge) came upstairs to our room and we paid cash. Nd was given our receipt
