*delivery time frame during the Xmas period automatically changes because most airlines will not accept Cargo goods until the forwarding company is able to source for alternative means or flight to bring down the goods.

*we sending goods to any agent address in China, please ask the merchant to print your full details on with with capital letters including the receiving company details and before the send it out ask them for the screen shot to enable you confirm your details is correct. Once is ok then the merchant can send the goods to the agent address and it is wise to ask for screen shot of the waybill invoice and tracking number. Those items will help the receiving agent quickly track and prompt you that he or she has received your packages..etc.

it is so sadden that most clients will send a goods or items to our warehouse address in GZ without details or owner name on it... please be reminded that we shall not be handle responsible for any misplacement of clients packages that was not sent accordly to our hub and those packages has a grace period of 10days and if the owners didn't contact us.... we shall contact the courier company to return it to the Sender......
Lastly if you know you send in a machine to our warehouse, please kindly contact us now to resolve it because the package came in without details on it.
