I was reading through a write-up in one of Nigeria's popular site this morning. And then this controversial topic came up. I logged in with the expectation of getting a definite answer, but alas, I didn't. So, I decided to bring it here where experienced married men & women and even unrepentant bachelors & spinsters can do justice to it.

The question still remains; 'How often should couples have sex?'

Please, this topic is strictly for matured minds. All e-kids should keep off!

As much as they can make time for it in the light of their daily schedules....i guess regularity should be the key issue here.

Back to topic. There should not be time table for sex
It should be as the spirit leads wink

It can be in the car, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Variety is the spice of life.
It should be spontaneous and not restricted to a particular time.

I would say, at least three times a week. The guys that are saying seven times a week don't know what they are talking about. Have sex three days in a roll and see how weak you will be on the fourth day. The three days in the week should be spread like this...After church on Sunday, have sex and stay in bed cuddled up till evening, then watch a movie together before sleeping. And you would be fresh for work on Monday. And then, on Wednesday, have sex again...maybe a quickie. And then Friday night/Saturday morning marathon sex. This will keep any relationship alive and healthy.

ive read it somewhere, and also believes that the woman is supposed to ask for it in a modest way,
and the husband should always listen to her wife's body language. The frequency should be as frequent as possible, "Access Should Always be granted" except for certain times of female uncleaniness or seperation for spiritual obiligations.
"Thou shall not strave thy wife, man, perform your conjugal obligation when you're required to do so!"

I hear you but frankly one has to make a conscious attempt to have sex especially when one has toddlers who refuse to sleep on their rooms
