The evidence is not "permissible" what does that mean is that a legal term? Is Saharareporters a prosecutor? Is Saharareporters presenting evidence in court? If indeed the information is true then Nigerian authorities have sundry lawful ways of confirming it without entering any relationship with Saharareporters or even acknowledging Saharareporters as a source of information.
