The youths of Nigeria,let's shun tribalism and join hands to kick these old fools who call themselves law makers out one after the other.IPOB isn't our problem,our problems are our law makers who derive pleasure from under developing Nigeria.

They have no plans for us.The only plans they have is to enrich themselves and unborn generations with our treasury.None can make a simple sacrifice for this country.Our economy is gradually going into recession,yet they find it so difficult to reduce their allowances which could solve half of our collective problems.

The minimum wage of a Nigerian worker is 18,000,which is barely enough for transportation let alone fuel,feeding and other necessary things,yet our so called governors opted for the ruduction of this poor minimum wage.

Nigerian citizens are really the best in the world because with all these hardship,we still find time to be happy and also dicourage ourselves from revolting against our leaders.
God,may your will be done as you allow justice to prevail over the wickedness of our leaders.

Some people claim to be cancer patients after they have sucked the country dry.God if the cancer is real,may we continue to see more of incurable dieseases ruin the lives of those that milk us dry.

In law, wether the whistle blower got his/her information illegally or not is inconsequential here.
What the accused needed was to prove that the allegations were false.

Not too long one Mr George Uboh got certain documents pertaining to the operations of EFCC. The Senate including Dino Melaye commenced hearing the petition. ......did they ask him to prove how he got the documents? No because it was not necessary.

All those sypathizing with Dino,I wonder the kind of country you wish for.Here's a man proposing a bill against social media,invariably depriving us of our freedom of speech and some blame it on SR for doing a good job.

What fundamental bill has Dino sponsored for the good of his constituence?The only thing I know he does is to flaunt his houses,assorted cars with customised plate numbers and put in motion,a bill to deprive us our freedom of speech.

Dino Melaye being defensive and trying to shift grounds from the issue on ground is not going to be accepted. Mr Melaye should either accept or deny running foreign accounts as against the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

According to SaharaReporters, Melaye, who once styled himself an anti-corruption activist, opened two accounts–one a current account, the other a savings account–in the name of “Daniel Din Melaye,” posing as a student.
SaharaReporters learnt that, by leaving the impression of himself as a student, Senator Melaye was able to open a “CampusEdge” current account with account number 4460 1649 8396 and a regular savings account with account number 4460 1647 5966 with Bank of America in the state of Maryland.
Senator Melaye obtained a bank debit card with account number ending with #8873. It is the senator’s transactions with the debit card that gave away him away as the owner of the accounts.
One of Mr. Melaye’s last transactions on the account took place on December 4th as he approved payment for a transaction relating to the purchase of cosmetics from a Kremlin-based MagnitKosmetik store. Also, on September 1, Mr. Melaye approved payment to a New York-based Schweiger Dermatology.

Mr wiseguy the onus is on the accuser to prove guilt not on the accused to prove innocence.

Emphasis on Operating not owning.

So you can own a foreign account.. But once you get into office you can not transact with it for the duration of your stay in office
Thank u for informing me cos I dont have time to check that part of the law until I desire to serve any public office.

But as soon as I read it from you I saw its stupidity; why say they shouldnt operate it, why not put a limit they can deposit or withdraw within a time frame.
