INEC has added meaning to itself. They are no longer INEC but DNEC. I mean they have changed from Independent to Dependent.

Confused and Incredibly out of ideas

There is nothing to rate anymore, we have gone back to square one. Firs the appointment of the INEC chair was schrewed in controversy, the Kogi elections were flagrant breach of constitutional provisions. I have no doubt whatsoever that the INEC we know now will surely be a tool in the hands of the APC.

very poor.... I mean, show of desperation.

I've been thinking of something lately, with this PVC tech we are using with card reader.... for example, we have 200 registered in that PU... But accreditation is done lately and end up accrediting like 120 voters, when the 120 voters vote, it end up favouring one party than another....... My thought is the introduction of faster technology, that will accredit all voters and it won't favour one party than another.

This Inec reminds me of Inec under OBJ where electoral malpractise was the order of the day.
