,Pac first dressed that way in an E-40 video. That's how close they were. The only person E-40 had a problem with was BIG,BIG rated E-40 zero,rated some other west coast rappers like Mac Dre,Ice Cube,etc low as well because of the East coast vs West coast rivalry around that time and knowing E-40 is a close pal of Pac,so when he came to the west to perform( a fake show was set up for him in Sacramento),some thugs showed up and threatened to beat him up and even kill him,E-40 wasn't even there then,they held different weapons and he was scared to death. So, E-40 got a call from a man asking him to decide what they should do to Biggie,E-40 said they should leave him,and they left him for good and so he ran and jumped into his limousine,Big paid homage to E-40 because of that and they became cool.
What you said initially that E-40 had problem with Pac in club is totally contradictory and that's how you guys spread rumours around,only God knows the number of people you've sold that fake story to.
E-40 is a legend,he's a trend setter,a lot of slangs that are being said by these rappers,even you yourself maybe saying some slangs you don't know were originated by E-40 . Most slangs they say even in down south and East coast are from Bay Area.
E-40 not signing to any label is his choice,when little rappers are even having record deal,how wouldn't legend E-40 have a deal easily when he even have brands he endorses
