Your argument is filled with a lot of assumptions in favour of Dasuki. No. 1 Dasuki has been charged to court, it is normal procedure to first arrest a suspect which Dasuki is. No. 2 FG is privileged to more info. on this matter than you & I. Lets agree they had to purchase these weapons thru black market, then they should be able to produce the money or the weapons regardless of the source of purchase. FG's case against Dasuki, Dokpesi etc is completely legitimate, it is up to Dasuki, Dokpesi etc to prove otherwise. We the citizens should not concern ourselves with the allegations of witch-hunting, as long as the concerned parties are guilty let them face the law. When the PDP assumes power in future, let them also probe Buhari & do their own witch-hunting.

I would ask is the release Bail out fund by Buhari to states appropriated? Why would the same Buhari the order the arrest of okonjo when he has commited the same crime? If he does then he should be impeached.
The law is for every1 big or small, minister or president.

As a bona fide NIGERIAN, I am in the camp of those who believe that most NIGERIANs are guilty until proven innocent. In the spirit of the age, Dasuki and other northern politicians are obviously being targeted because they were not in APC. I am not a Dasuki or northern apologist as I have been accused elsewhere. However Dasuki's human rights of being heard should be safeguarded. BUHARI and others must focus on the economy and security in the north east. The alleged frittering away of $3 billion and the on going investigation is not enough to sate the quest of NIGERIAN youth for good governance. We don't need to google 'war' or 'riot' to know that Nigeria is currently standing at very perilous edge of a precipice.

But may never be charged because he can simply deny ever approving the fund especially when there is no document backing it up, then what will be NOI's faith if GEJ denies? NOI should be wise enough that most of the fund does not pass thru a due process, if she fails to understand then what's her essence of being at the helm of the finance. We are where we are today because they failed us woefully. Imagine Dasuki collecting $2bn in raw cash with no proper accounting for how the money is spent!

Typical Naija lazy mentality.. Investigation is carried out before arrest. If u arrest them before evidence, they and their cronies might destroy evidence.Also, you can only keep in detention for 48hrs.
Also in criminal cases, beyond a reasonable doubt clause is invoked before charges are filed. You must have at least have 80% proof that said crime did occur before going to court.
