Anyhooz, I'll try to break this down as possible.
pray to God harder, pouring ur heart to him and get busy with your life. Whenever you feel the urge, you must spring up to something that takes your body n mind far away from sexual thoughts. Porn, debauchery lifestyle, immoral friends or hangout, licentious discussions etc should be dreaded. Stop staring at women, try outdoor activities like saving stray dogs LOL. Engage in nature/community development campaign. Cycling can help. Whenever u feel the urge, grab a bike or workout hard. Get on the dance floor or gym n work that body the positive way. Set goals for your body/self like achieving 6packs ,building 10 inches biceps, Widening your shoulders before February.
I used to do yoga, stretches, learning new dance steps, working out in the gym, rumba dancing and trying out unachievable stunts done by Olympiads to get away from some of my funny habits. My friend, who is a therapist recommended a few and I supplemented. I don't believe in going to the rehab, I would have sent u there lol, kidding. 13 years is almost 5000 ejaculations lol. because at that point, the limbic system is dominant. the part of the brain that controls the basest desires of humans, is in full force. and when this is happening, the cerebral cortex cannot do anything. the order of priority is clear, when the limbic system wants something, the cortex cannot override it.

The Bible says 'be sober and vigilant because your adversary the devil as a ROARING LION seeketh whom he will destroy. 1pet:5v8. You need to develop that mindset of the active presence of demonic presence around you, because the most workable trick used by these wicked entities for ages is to give us an impression that they ARE NOT REAL!
Why you this mindset is to keep yourself active because they will be coming a second time, with fiercer energy, and when do resist them again. If you are in a room or in an enclosed place kindly step out of that place, remember it's a war and it's not about just spiritual but also physical. Don't worry, in a couple of months you would have garned sufficient grace to resist the thoughts and maintain position.

3. How it starts!
Before the masturbation starts, it begins with a strange feeling of 'i wanna sex', which then graduates to thinking 'sex'. In this 2 previous process, if one didnt shrug it off by leaving a lonely place, its gonna move on.
