No state belongs to any party, not even Lagos to APC. Nigerians are wiser now. Nigerians have no business voting Parties nowadays but personalities. From all indications, Jimi Agbaje won the last election in Lagos, but APC rigged themselves in.

If the people of Akwa Ibom State are attuned to Udom Emmanuel as a person, he will be voted in again, otherwise APC personality will carry the day. The best parties can do to win the day is massive rigging for their candidate.

It's a big misconception believing that parties own states in Nigeria. Perhaps, it was not true before now. Not anymore

Take your evidence of undervoting to the court and prove your case. APC in akwa-ibom ibom has done their, you should do likewise

let me give you a case study, in benue state, the present governor de camp to his present party a day before the primary without passing through electoral process. But when the pdp candidate when to court,his case was thrown out for lack of merit. when it is clear that he is not the candidate of his party.

I have never expected a partisan fan to agree with me. It's now water under the bridge.

If the case had a merit it won't be thrown out. Are you also aware that 2APC senators in Kogi lost their seats and were also barred from contesting the rerun polls?

Akpabio and his boi would have won the election anyway, but they went over-board with the rigging.

Well Akpabio has told them before now to prepare for another round of election, so am not surprise about the court pronouncement.

Elections nullified in Rivers & Akwa Ibom, however, not one person will be prosecuted for electoral fraud.

The same thing in Rivers State, allow people to vote then win free and fair. Instead from Night till morning they started shooting, people stayed in their houses for fear, yet results were announced.

It was not a small thing in the Kalabari kingdom. Eleme people were braver and resisted till the last bullet and that was the only place APC won state house of Assembly seat.

I wonder what the judiciary will do after the rerun because PDP will still win the state. APC has no structure in the state with all their hope only on the presidency

Give God what belongs to God and Cesar what belongs to Cesar, Bayelsa, Rivers, Delta, Akwa Ibom all belongs to PDP lets just respect that and find a way to work with those governors and move this nation forward instead of fighting them because a rerun election in those states will see PDP still winning the elections.

My Sai Buhari and APC are in power but not fully in control of the Oil rich states which they are fighting to reclaim to reduce the financing of PDP so come 2019, PDP won't be a threat for APC.

i see apc winning one of this states you mentioned above.....apc dint give the judgement, court of appeal did. beside why cant pdp win an election without manipulating?

Yes, overvoting! How can total number of votes cast exceed the number of registered voters. I hope the Delta appeal tribunal will take preceedence on this over voting issue and do the needful!
