hmm I smell Biafra fever...the Yoruba's asked d Igbo's to leave and they are doing just that. is it not stupidity off ur part in coming up with such thrash u call a tjread? is it not hypocrisy from u yorubas by loosing sleep over the people u asked to leave ur region and are prepared to do just that.? and dont u think you are being myopic in ur writeup?

You are a dunce to equate the OPs opinion as that of Yoruba. How do you even know he is Yoruba. So anyone that disagree with you guys must be Yoruba?

The OPC, Afenifere, FFK, Soyinka and many Yorubas support your agitation for your country, many Yorubas on nairaland have even open different threads in the past to support you, WTF do you want? You fools just rant online and insult everyone, I am Yoruba and support Biafra. We have nothing in common with the Iboes, we support you

In a group occasional clashes and bickering is imminent. it could be inter-ethnic clash or intra. For instance, Ogoni and Eleme used to clash (both are Ogonis), ogoni and okrika, Okrika and Kalabari(both Ijaws), Bonny and Kalabari(both ijaws), same isn't different within Yoruba groups.

That Ijaw clashed with Binis, Yorubas, itsekiris or Urhobos is no different. That doesn't mean hate except you have a subzero IQ.

If Igbo Biafra agitators want to secede they are very free to as long as they are orderly and act within democratic terms. However, if they think that they can force the ethnic nationalities in the South South into their Biafra then they are not ready to secede. For the record, the South South have their own agitation and Biafra is never part of it. No amount of trick or blackmail will force the SS people into taking suicidal decision.

God Bless Nigeria

The people of Aguleri and Umuleri have clashed bitterly in the past leaving many casualties in their wake, does it mean they are still in a state of perpetual hostility till today?? shocked

Why you dey fall my hand like dis, nah? shocked Did people from his ancestral home visit you in the dream, to tell you that he is an Edo person? Or did the Ijaw people disown him in your presence by providing proof that he is no longer from their community? Talk quick o, make we know how to treat this case....

Yoruba own na another chapter.

The problem with pro-Biafra igbo (pls I will be wrong to say All Igbo) is that they think they are smarter than everyone else. Their first strategy was to paint the yorubas as the bad guys for SS ppl to hate them. They saw that it didn't work. Next they started saying Edos are yorubas and excluded Edo from their 'map' to give the impression that Edos are the 'strangers' amongst us. Again this failed as we all know that many ethnic groups in our region trace ancestry to Binin kingdom. Then they moved to the Ijaws(who they usually refer to as vocal minority). The plan like the edos is to make the Ijaw appear like enemy of others(including yoruba). But as usual, it has failed.

Guy, Benue na middle-belt. There are about 1 or 2 communities in the state that speak a dialect of Igbo. Ever since they discovered this, the pro-Biafra group has been claiming Benue, instead of restricting their clamour for inclusion to those few communities. Maybe in their mind, those little communities represent the whole of Benue state. Who knows?? shocked

That is what they call everybody who does not share their thoughts. It is their standard, default response which is activated by reflex, once they see an opposing view. Yet, they claim that they all went to school, and some of them even boast about their knowledge of geography and anthropology. I guess the schools they went to were unaccredited, 3rd-class roadside ones because they do not even realise that other ethnic groups exist in this country, apart from their pet 'peeves' - the Yoruba. smh angry

My idea about this is that, if I believe that both of us have common destiny, it is in my place to approach you and negotiate with you for a common front stating terms and condition of our proposed state. Your interests as well as mine must be well captured. If you and I come to agreement, then in unity we will push for our cause.

The IPOB agitators will not reason this way. They still went back to Ojukwu idea that was resisted by SS ethnic groups(and dead on arrival). To them, whoever disagree with their Biafra project is an enemy and saboteur. One don't need rocket science to know the evil scheme.

We are better remaining in Nigeria provided that we can get the country restructured for the good of all. I'm not against their Biafra as long as it is for them
