But then again, the bible says that God is omniscience, meaning he can see the end from the beginning. I wonder why He would regret making a decision when He has the power to see the outcome of such decision before even making the decision.
So it's either one of two things; Either God isn't really omniscience, or the writers of the bible made a huge error.

A mistake is a wrong or misguided decision. A decision one makes that he/she later regrets.

According to that verse of the scripture, God regretted that he created man. If it wasn't a mistake, why then did he regret it?

Mistakes always leave us with a sense of regret. That's the way God felt.

Omnipotence means all powerful, Omniscience means all knowing. Your only proof that God is omniscience is because the bible told you so and that's not enough proof, because the bible, although inspired by God, was written and compiled by men, like you and I, so it's a bit unwise to have the mentality that everything in the Bible is the truth. Bear in mind that I am not in anyway trying to dispute the authenticity of the scripture.

By the way, what other proof do you have that God is omniscience? All your argument is just on the basis of that single premise.

I believe everything in the Bible is true lol, this exceeds some kind of scientific method of proving things and hypothesizing and tests.
