Brotherly I hv even formatted d memory card n re-installed opera, still d same issue. Whatsapp also does same. When I save picture sent to me (or profile pic) on whatsapp, it won't appear in my photos. I can only access it thru the app FILE.

Thanks so much. My software is upto date cos I just searched for update n it says upto date. How do I hard format? Though That will b d last option sha.

. power key and volume down button,then release power button...when u see an exclamation mark the press the volume up once ,volume down once,power button once and volume down once again

I did. Opened mine before upgrading to Win8.1. Still works now.

Lumia 535 dual Windows 8.1 After updating to latest Denim, & Hard Reset, SIM 2 worked few hours, & stopped showing network signal. Only SIM 1 is working. Any idea how to make SIM 2 to continue working?

I hope your phone is capable though, before you get something buggy on your phone.
