I think you have a cruch on this neighbour of yours. The last time you open a thread that he parks his car infront of your house and looks up your window. Now he came into your house and ignored you.
If you like him, and see him as a husband material, make friend with him. He his probably the shy type of guy.

Please do note that my emphasis is on marriage.
