The revenues will increase in the southwest ,don,t you think, more tax payers will be captured
not everything can be bought.

let Nigeria be developed everywhere in order to reduce undue pressure on some regions thus leading to further clashes and hostilities which continue to undermine said development, creating a cycle of non development which reflects on infrastructural impact.

May be Banana republic never ready for this. Niger/Delta amnesty program for who then? we expect mass immigration of Igbos most specially to Yorubaland, that's fine anyway in terms of economy which will eventually lead to development. we will sell land for them to do anything they want just follow the law and pay TAX. If any working person live, work, pay minimum 25% of yearly income, property tax, sales tax, emission/inspection, vehicle registration, toll, school tax, health tax. squeeze everybody dwelling in the land for the development of the land and incorporate a true government system, within few years if no war, we gonna have Yankee of Africa.

I don't see the practicability of this: There is too much ethnicity in the country. Even if it's implemented, those bent on discriminating against people will always detect people by their names.
