- read our mission objectives, zumas statements mean nothing

- is he alive and free? Yes or no

- you think Charls Tailor is the leader of a democratic state?

- all they said is they broke through the defence... nothing about time or casualties. Fact

- ask 400 dead seleka about the SANDF. If you attack an ememy with over 3000 men, amd he stops you dead for 13 hours, kills 400 of your men and you have to sign a cease fire... how does that make your enemy incompetant?

- Americans had the exact same situation, are they incompetant, poorly lead, poorly resourced and lacking in motivation?

if this is an indication of the SANDF being useless... what then is 46 captured towns and cities, 1.6 million homeless and 30 000 dead?

- Irrelevant, Zuma disputes it, Your parliamentarians also dispute it

- you protected nobody

- Charles Taylor was the leader of liberia, he contested in an election and won

- meaning they brushed you aside

- No evidence 400 Seleka members were killed, Seleka confirms no such ceasefire. You took a beating, abandoned your equipments and fled. Thanks to the French and FOMAC the CAR only recently held a peaceful election. SANDF disappeared

- I really don't care about America. Fact remains, only South-Africans are deluded enough to believe the lies told by South-African journalists.

- You probably need to send that link to your lawmakers, as they seem to believe SANDF troops were in the CAR to protect business interests.

Even your President Zuma, who signed of say's differently.

- what does protect mean? Is the Republic of South Africa trying to redefine the term protect?"

He was given an ultimatum, and he fled = Protect!

- You were prepared to respond on Paper.... Cool story bro.

Nigeria responded in reality

Kenya responded in reality

Egypt responded in Libya in reality

South-Africa responded on paper

Utter hopelessness of what is supposed to be a defence force.
Doesn't matter what some people think the SANDF was there for, according to the Government, which believe it or not Zuma is part of confirmed that we were only there to protect Bozize, which we did because he's still alive. And train a few hundred men, which we did.

Why should I Google it when I have an official SA Government source, confirming our objectives in CAR?? http://www.dfa.gov.za/docs/2011pq/pq78.html

And? So they gave Bozize an ultimatum not us, we protected him, mission accomplished.
We were also ready to invade CAR with Gripen,Helos and 2000 men within hours after the attack, no other SS country has rapid force projection capability even near that!!
And the reason we didn't invade WSS due to the AUs recommendations.

And there are countless sources that Seleka surrendered.

lastly read Helmoed Heitman's book!!

Helmod Heitman was NOT on the battlefield in Bangui, he was about 4,000 km away in his bedroom inside South Africa. His book is merely a rehesrsal of SANDF propagands version of the battle of Bangui.l loaded with lies and lies and fraud

SA soldiers in CAR retreat to barracks, want out
news24 South Africa.

"Bangui - South African soldiers in the Central African Republic are seeking safe passage to the airport after taking heavy losses during fighting with Seleka rebels, Reuters reports.

The agency said at least nine SA soldiers were killed.

"I saw the bodies of six South African soldiers. They had all been shot," a Reuters witness said. Later, he saw three more bodies in burned-out South African military vehicles.

Amy Martin of the UN's humanitarian agency, OCHA, told the BBC World Service that the SA troops had retreated to their barracks and were seeking safe passage to the airport.

Seleka spokesperson Eric Massi said the rebels had broken through a line of South African soldiers during their push into the city. "

South Africa did not go to fight anyone in CAR and were not on offensive mission. If we initially had intention to fight rebels we would have as well deployed heavy weapons, gunships and fighters. So it is clear that our intention was to train CAR troops and not to fight anyone. We were attacked and we defended ourselves and we were victorious in that. We forced the assailant to throw in the towel and raise the flag. Confirmed by many sources.

Off it goes to my rubbish bin. The question is " were South Africa on the mission to fight?" BIG NOOOO. So why should it be judged along the lines of victory or defeat?

White boy with Zulu brain = Dullard grin grin

Reuters journalists have been inside Bangui reporting every battle live and direct since before the SANDF defeat by Seleka....

"Residents flee Bangui as rebels pause for talks..

Paul-Marin Ngoupana. Reuters | December 28, 2012

BANGUI (Reuters)

- Residents of Central African Republic's riverside capital Bangui fled in overloaded cars and boats on Friday or stockpiled food and water as rebel forces paused at the city gates for ceasefire talks. An insurgency has swept across much of the poverty-stricken but resource-rich former French colony since December 10, posing the biggest threat yet to President Francois Bozize's nearly 10 years in power and threatening a humanitarian crisis."

http://articles.chicagotribune.com/keyword/bangui

PROVED FACT PROVED : Reuters journalists were there in Bangui, they saw SANDF elite paratroops and special forces running like springbok deer pursued by Seleka boys with AK-47 rifles riding motorcycles tongue tongue tongue
