When i am laying in bed, i have this wierd tendency to rub my feet together for like 5-10 minutes straight . it helps me relax and sooths me. does anyone else do this ? |

JSmart4u:Yours is even good, I shake my feet every time I'm relaxing or lying down on my bed. It have become a habit I desperately want to stop but can't. Sometimes I dont even know when, I'll just find my self shaking my legs like an old woman, especially when I wanna sleep.  |
