There are thousands of Gods ever conceived by humanity, the main reasons being that these Gods are assumptive and not evidential and therefore needs stoic convictions to be believed... there are just some set of people who lack such simplistic dishonesty it takes to imagine up fairies and waste their life worshipping it...
If there are things worth worshipping then it should be things that are evidential like parents, wife, children..

u are 1 of the atheist I respect, you actually have intelligent post... the rest are just wanna be atheist/rascals who just feel its cool to go against the norm... ill like to ask a simple question though... cuz real atheist become that way by asking reasonable questions that others might be too scared to ask... First of all, morality is not a societal construct but an inherent composition of man put there by the Alpha and Omega.

Here we go, Human morality is not a product of any deity or god. Not wothan, not amadioha, not chukwu, not zeus and not yahweh.. Your belief that some sort of deity programmed you is just your belief..

Your morality is a reflection of the society you are from and this is very glaring in the distinct moral norms around the globe

How do i know? It is not taught or forced upon any man by society but simply makes itself known with maturity. And a pointer to it, is nothing more than creating awareness of its presence.

Hahahahaha this is just an emotional yarper of regurgitating beliefs.

A child who grew up in a home or society were wearing trouser or mini skirt is seen as an immoral dress will have a sense of shame and guilt when ever she has such clothing on whereas another who lives in a society were this is regarded a normal clothing without a moral weight laid on it won't..

Your moral sense is derived from the effects of the moral outlook of your distinct society..

Why do you agree that stealing is wrong even from childhood. Is it because your dad, mum, aunt, granny said its so? No honey. It is because you have a sense that tells you which is correct and which is not.

You see the problem with belief... trying to impose psychological effect of a societal norm on the mind of a child to be an innate quality programmed by a deity..

If the society was not aware of this sense of judgement inside of you it would either not bother at all or subject itself to very big work.

Oh No this is a lie; human morality being a product of the society are always in every sense enforced by the society.

even in a park of chimpanzees, any member of the park who goes against the good of the park is punished. that is the societal enforcement of moral values..

People would have to follow you around from infancy to your death bed because they are not sure of you. And those following you would have people doing same to them. Funny right? but that is what would happen if God had allowed the society do his work.

Don't even know what to call this one

Secondly, morality is not subjective but objective. No society celebrates immorality. And all of them make laws that agree with our conscience. None celebrates basic evils like murder, cheating, lying etc. You should ask why they all go in one direction as regards this matter and you will see we have a carefully designed CPU in us all.

[b]You see where the problem is, reading without understanding... Moral values are subjective in every society because every society differs in their moral norms.

It is morally wrong to marry more than 1 wife in many societies but in most it is a noble action and in no way a moral negative.

In the bible murdering non-virgin brides was a norm in the ancient jewish society, now such actions we know to be even worse than the accused.. that shows our moral outlook differs from that.

Killing for God was both a moral action both in the bible and Quran worthy of eternal reward but today secular societies condemn such actions..

Your sense of moral norms in relation to others around you was not an innate quality programmed in your CPU like an android rather reflects the basic norm of your own society.

If you were born in the Bush men kalahari society now, you would have been seeing nudity as a normal societal norm.

But the society you found yourself is one with a moral weight laid on clothing..

Morality remains a product of a society, if there was no society there won't be any moral norm or any need for one.

If you are alone in a country there is no need for "don't kill, don't steal" because there is absolutely nobody to kill or steal from.

But since the society is a host of different individuals living together, there is need for actions necessary for pleasing mutual interactions between members of that circle not a computer programme honey

And he gave you an answer of "HOW" in the real sense i was made my two people, A man and a woman.

When you say "WHO" made the universe or mankind: You are committing a logical fallacy 'begging the question'.

Because by asserting 'who' you have already determined the answer you want must reflect a 'who' and so you already gave us an incline of the answer you expect.

Next time "How" is much better question that leaves the subject open to every possible explanation and answer ..

See the thing is, that you have no idea how the universe came to be is not a ground to fill it up with assumptions.

The universe has not shown to be an artistic depiction of serene work but rather a serene result emanating from chaotic reactions. Complexity of entities gives voice to testimonies of many simple values interacting.

Since man's existence is so huge that you cannot imagine man being without being an android program from some deity then God must also require another God?

You say the universe and Man's existence is proof? how exactly? Is this God's existence also a proof of another God creating it? Or is this God exempted from such "Must" Chain of causality?

My dear friend, it is enough to recognize a flower is beautiful not also assume fairies painted it.

Atheists have every reason not to subscribe to your assumptive belief of a super complex entity used to answer the question of universal causality.. You on the other is the one who has no reason to believe such owning that is has no shred of evidence suggesting it is anymore than a relic of primitive superstition.

I can also point at a tree and insist that it is proof that a tree fairy exists... Proof of a tree fairy is not a tree but the fairy itself.

So once again: It is enough to recognize a flower is beautiful without having to assume fairies painted it [/b]
