Beware of PayPal . It is such a nonsensical digital currency. I had an overflow of PayPal from my last contract. I told the guy I bought from to help send to buyers account in china. This guy later opened dispute after some weeks transaction has been completed . I had to refund the buyer airhub or so. Was just dumbfounded cos it was like the name one had been building is entering red oil.

The most annoying part of it was just that its not our first deal. I think making your payment into a corporate account can be of little help to protect this fraud. For me and my household, we are done with PayPal purchase.

FBN deducted #35,406.10 for £85 today for a transaction done 2days ago, that comes down to #416.54 to £1 on the visa card...

They do that sometimes with reasons best known to them, and their customer service can't do anything about it. It's because of the way money has been recently going out of your account very frequently compared to when you started operating the account.

Abi ooo... then it isn't helping the situation. It's worsening it, people needs funds and not everyone deal illegal funds. Funny enough it could reject one account and allow the other within same hour. Have had to refund people their money.
Hey peeps i now pay for people directly in their accounts. Ebay, Aliexpress, Alibaba etc. You pay to my account and provide your details. I checkout for you and complete the payment @245/$. Thanks

Last year November, I had same experience; it was my first and got me really confused. Like you, I had to refund their monies even those who I helped send funds the previous day.

I called PayPal for the whole week and they issue was same. At a time, if I enter below $20 as the fund I wish to send, it will proceed to the next page for payment confirmation. Anything above that will not go through even if the e-mail is same. I requested for invoice from the sellers same issue.

The PayPal CC representative was really helpful though but there was nothing she could do. I removed my card linked to the account, added a different card and tried it after a week and it went through.

your issue was a minor issue but you didn't tell them what to do. sometimes most of them knows what to do but will pretend they don't while some of them are just novice.

You just explained same thing am going through now and which a certain self acclaimed experienced nairalander wouldn't understand. Like you said, I've tried all those methods and keeps rejecting funds. So am actually not marketing funds much atm even if i got the potential to fund up to 5k dollar a day this internet robot just keep rejecting it.

What do you think was the issue? Could it be because the funds I was sending then was way higher than what I started with? Someone above is having same issue, your response might be of help to him.

All banks grant a daily limit of $300

That's a wrong generalization, you can only talk about the bank you use. While most banks allow $300 - $350 daily withdrawal limit on atm, they allow up to $1000-$3000 for POS and Web transactions

Sir, you can confirm from your bank well. POS limit is $300 per day on all Nigerian banks to international cards. I use almost all of them and they sent mails to that effect in accordance with the CBN's order.

is their security settings and it happens when it notices unusual moves. you only have to tell them to adjust their security settings on your account as is preventing your payment. sometimes some of them will tell you is not possible, politely tell the person to transfer you to their superior who his/her account is configured for adjusting the settings if the customer support account profile cannot adjust the settings.
