Read between the lines to look for the intendment of a given piece of information. Just research the engagements between BH and The NA and it soon becomes apparent BH had embarked on a semblance of conventional warfare against The NA. Were you a recipient of military training you would have recognized conventional tactics used by BH. If Buhari had not stepped up his game BH would have become bolder.
