omolami: When a armed militia take over 10 LGA and occupy it outrightly, without guerrilla formations it becomes very conventional. There was a time BH were not afraid to drive through streets in NE and be visible. 1 Like |

BishopJuice: They actually have an hierarchy of generals and officers And warfare has in modern times ignored UN conventions because if they were to follow it there would be no warz eg UN did not sanctions the gulf war, 6 day War, Iraq War , Georgia War, Ukraine dabacle. I can continue counting many military tussles the UN did not sanction. Many countries are not signatories to important UN conventions if it undermines their positions an example includes uSA who are not signatories to the anti-chemical warfare pact. 1 Like |
