Ecobank is really the worst.. Requested for atm card for the past two weeks and havnt recieved it..

Ecobamk is the worst bank. I cant even use my atm card rightnow to withdraw money urgently and when I called their customer care number they said it is a general problem.

If you use ecobank I recommend you have an alternative bank because if not ecobakn will dissappont you the day you need their service the quite urgently.

I wonder why people look down on ecobank. The bank has presence in 28 African countries. 4 time zones,38 different currencies. More than 15000 work force. The bank is strategically positioned to integrate African economy. So my speople its only in Nigeria that people look down on Ecobank. Ecobanker has diplomatic status in Togo, well respected in the other west African country. Ecobank is the major bank in Benin republic. Ghana. Angola.Togo.ivory coast etc. Its high time we look at the posibilties and quality of value chain from a bank. Nigerian entrepreneurs will soon take covers businesses in sub Saharan African you need a bank that truly understand you as African. And that bank is ECOBANK

We are talking about the quality of their service in nigeria. Outside Nigeria it seems they have better service but In Nigeria it is piss poor.

If they do not have network problem in a day then that day of theirs is not complete.

Ecobank service in Nigeria is poor.

Diamondbank is the best bank in nigeria: friendly atmosphere, superb customer experience, and they even have apps for java and android!!

Accessbank too is a sure bet...[s][/s]

The worst bank is GTB, silly bank, rubbish!!!

Access is not a bank.

Lapo microfinance bank. I like the fact the are helping a lot indigent Nigerians start small businesses. Seriously, I will go with zenith any day. Gtbank is good too but I see to many croud and young persons in their banking hall these days. Diamond and Fidelity are trending. Pls never go to Access bank they are not serious.

I wish you were here with me. i would have given you all my inheritance for this statement.

All banks have their strengths and weaknesses. It depends on your banking needs.

I opened my GTB Acc about six years ago and since then I have never regretted banking with them.

If you're a business person, almost any bank can give you decent service.

GTB is also very good for internet banking.
GTBank does not favour businessmen. Diamond and Fidelity does.

Imagine one cant transfer above 1m to other Banks instantly with GTBank. This is a big problem for me. and the customer care is so wack.

Gtbank is the only bank that deducts up to 3694 in the name of SI- Transaction. That bank is so bleeped up.

U must be a Zenith bank staff with dis comment. But opening account with Zenith is very expensive, I was told once 50k for savings and 100k for current, I didn't even bother listening to the remaining explanations.
While i think this practice must have been changed. I think its best to oprn account with high amounts to reduce number of customers and ensure prompt delivery. Just take a look at Gtbank, every dick and harry banks there and the bank is now trash

This is false. Gtbank allows up to 2m and is transferred instantly. You need to use the option of nips for instant credit to any Nigerian bank.

Access Bank is one of the best! A single dissatisfaction doesn't really say much about the service of a bank. There is more
