You call me a "TOUT"? But why should I be surprised? It's very typical of your ilk and everything you stand for. Obviously your party man telling lies is not a tout but I am for challenging him. Please create your own thread where your party people can wallow in your mud; I created this thread for people of substance. You may be on my thread but my dear, we don't belong in the same circles. Besides hiding cowardly behind your phone to type insults, you are nothing to me

so we should now suffer in the hands of a clueless man. A man that could do nothing as a man in ASEPA. what has he achieved as an individual prior to now. has any company be built in aba or umuahia. someone is building cement roads and we r rejoicing.... roads without drainage or street light.. My dear, visit lagos or akwa ibom or enugu and u will be ashamed.... Even as amobode is being blasted, every where in Lagos has been lit up. Robberies have reduced. meanwhile kidnappers are back to abia state esp ABA cos the government is clueless....We are still waiting for the Judgement
you are economical with the truth in what you've just said..how many roads in aba are without drainage? just name one...you can say the roads have been dilapidated for awhile or that some of the drainages have been blocked, but to say they don't have drainage is false! and yes all the roads okezie is recently constructing have drainages, Infact that is the first thing that gets done before the road proper. ermmm I thought I saw newly fitted streetlights along constitution crescent road on sunday? or was I seeing a mirage? but yes the roads he did so far are suspect apart from the one at oomne drive (in osisioma/abayi)..

Mr man even with the heavy allocation akwaibom gets they still don't have any company built by the state government. Not minding the state of economy in Nigeria, government of ikpeazu has ensured abians receive the dividends of democracy.

plz be informed that Lagos and Enugu already had a better face lift,infrastructures and lot more before the creation of abia state.

let give IKPEAZU a chance

ask him o, so enugu has more allocation than abia? What will happen if akwa ibom with 100 naira builds 10km and you with 20 naira build 2km of same quality?

Oya, why would he construct milverton without street lights.. That place is a busy zone and needs the street light even more than every area. Including the robbers that stay around that aread..Its well. Today, One party will assume full control and we will move Abia forward. However, i pray my party wins

Olujimi wants to regularize his Cross Appeal and is finding it difficult to convince the Court. One of the Judges just told him that the error he wants to regularize is why he is "in okro soup"

Olujimi is still praying the Court to allow him amend "in the interest of justice" as this is the last Court and if they are not allowed to regularize, they will have no where else to go to.
Chief Awomolo is submitted that what Chief Olujimi wants to do is an abuse of Court processes

Court has just refused to allow Alex Otti's Lawyer, Olujimi, SAN to regularize the Cross Appeal for now and has instead instructed Chief Wole Olanipekun to argue his Appeal. Olanipekun is now identifying his Brief of Argument. He adopts his Brief and urges the Court to allow the Appeal. He is now adumbrating orally & the CJN says they will only give 5 minutes as they have already read the Briefs. Olanipekun starts and says he formulated ten issues. The submissions are ongoing now

Please, stop constituting nuisance on this board.

Akwaibom State allocation in the past eight years equals the total allocation of five Southeast States combined.

Must you infest everyone with your cluelessness?

The regularisation you are talking about is the numbering in the cross appeal of which the mistake emanated from the court registrar. Pls be straightforward and report exactly what it is and stop confusing people. Thank u

Olanipekun concludes by asking the Court to allow the Appeal. Olujimi, SAN is taking his turn now. He identifies his Brief of Argument, adopts & relies on it in urging the Court to dismiss the Appeal. He is now adumbrating orally. His submissions are ongoing. He states that they took Preliminary Objection to ground 2 in the Appellant's Notice of Appeal and urges the Court to dismiss the Appeal.

Sorry Sir, the issue is not what the regularization is but what ever it is, did the Court allow him to regularize? Why are you people so pathetic? Why is he seeking to regularize if his papers are in order? If the Court refused to allow him regularize the Cross Appeal, what is the effect? Did I say the Court struck out or dismissed the application to regularize or the Cross Appeal? I only reported FACTUALLY that the Court refused the application to regularize "FOR NOW". Pls I am not in your league, so don't even try because you will just show yourself up. I WILL REPORT FACTUALLY & it is nothing to me that the FACTS do not favor you

Wole Olanipekun seems to be d best lawyer in Nigeria at the moment. I have been keeping a close tab on him since 2007 and his performances remains outstanding. He was Atiku lead counsel all through Atiku's battle with OBJ, Atiku won all his legal battle then. Once I see his name as counsel on any issue, I literarily believe the case is won. I dey fear the man, only God knows how much he charges.I dont know why EFCC is not using him. The likes of Festus Keyamo are media lawyers who knows nothing, just noise. No wonder EFCC keeps losing their case.
