Well I have been having a guilty conscience looking at the man. Mind you if I had more money to spare I would have. I can't be suspected because I am a well respected and quiet individual. Guess I need to pay him the balance on the value of the dogs. I will make it look like I am helping him after hearing his anger. He is yoruba so I didn't hear his exact curse words. Anyway to those castigating me. I did what I felt I should do. I may be wrong to have muddled in another man's affair. How much does a local dog go for in the open market. Sometimes he leaves them outside In the cold, with no proper shelter or food, till he is ready to go to the devil's market with them. The glare of those dogs in the overcrowded cages breaks my heart each time. . Therefore today, without anyone looking I cut the ropes and released the dogs. About nine of them. Some took off at full speed while the foolish ones stayed back in shock and confusion. I quickly dropped the seven thousand Compensation into the cage and ran away. I really feel happy at my criminal behaviour and also bad as that man has been raining curses on the street. I need to park out be that. Cheers

I was always an animal lover from my very young childhood days, i remember i would take every opportunity to walk across the estate where we grew up, to go look at the dogs being held in their cages, just as these ones were. i used to pity them so much and desire to own some. In fact, when i was between 5-7 years old, i remember a day at Ikoyi club, when this other little boy was viciously beating the donkey he was meant to be riding. I almost, impulsively, took the stick form him to beat him back but them common sense told me, at that age, what you refused to see at this age: you can't fight every battle in this world.
