I would've disbeleived dis claims if not dat I knw his route\root. Dr. Ibe Emmanuel Kachikwu has been rich even b4 Buhari dreamt of making him minister. He's frm aniocha north in delta state, Onicha Ugbo. And that's also my hometown... So, next time u hear him talking jst sit back relax and listen because every USD he has has been a hit back to back. They are definitely him. But my point is that his annual earning is not far less what he quoted.
