Forget about those who answer based on speculations, I am doing my 2nd degree with NOUNN. It is recognized internationally, my bestie transferred from NOUN to a uni in London and she continued and didn't even have to restart, NOUN is for busy people and a. bit expensive

NOUN is a good and recognised institution. No room for cheating. I'm impressed by those I know who have graduated from the institution.

Which bank plsssss

All banks, and that is the new system.

Most of the contract staff (B.Sc, M.So or HND) are usually employees of a different company working for these banks.

But learnt that their Academic calendar is faster.

Unlike OAU and UNILAG where you spend your three good years doing M.Sc.

First year is around 101/102k. Subsequently is around 80k. This is however base on your course of study and choice of number of courses to take per semester.

Visit any zenith, Eco or fcmb bank with 5k for undergraduate. Get the pin. Visit nou.edu.ng, and proceed from there

U will def b termed a graduate but b informed dat it isnt equivalent to B.sc gotten from state or fed unis. I'm guessing dey dnt do NYSC either. Most private companies n multinationals av der reservationz just d same way dey av reservations abt HND graduates. For example dey cant b employed as B.Sc holders r employed for entry level positions in banks buh only as contracts. Buh if dats d option u av den go for it cos ull still b a graduate n ull still get a job. I happen to have spoken to have spoken to a NOUN graduate dat eorks as a contract staff in a bank, dats ow i got to know
You lied here sister! I am a Noun graduate and i am doing excellently well in my work place. i am rated even more than other staff that attended other conventional university. At Noun, you do not have to sort any body to award you marks! you dig it out on your own

There was that notion that graduate of NOUN will not be accepted into NYSC and they will be issued with "exclusion certificate" not exemption certificate. Has that been rectified

NOUN Degrees are fantastically acceptable anyway now. the varsity has been accredited by NUC. Employers of labour (MTN, ZENITH, ETISALAT, MOBIL etc) has it in their list of Schools when apply for their jobs. just finished my MBA with them. Transparent learning system. your success solely depends on you. you dont know the examiners, your grade is what you wrote. enough hard work. The only challenge they are presently having is with their law students with regards to acceptance into law school, which they are sorting out.

How much is MBA there please?

NOUN degree is well recognised in anywhere not just in Nigeria but in the world. I have many friends that graduated and is working with the certificate now. One is working with INEC, many with Environmental Sanitation Authority in Bayelsa, some in Niger Delta University that has been confirmed and upgrade in their place of work, many that has been promoted in police force. After graduating, you will be awarded a B.Sc Certificate and your NYSC Exclusion Letter. You are guaranteed to collect your original certificate on your Convocation ground. Your ability to study hard will determine your grade, no lecturer can Intimidate nor influence your grade.

All I can say is that people doing their MSC in NOUN prior to when I got a govt job were advised to abandon it because it would not be recognized when they get the certificate and because of that I withdraw my intentions of doing their masters
That's for online learning.

Buhari didn't attend university!

Besides are you Buhari?
You for no go school na tongue

So if Buhari didnt go to school and thereby obtained almost no academic qualifications but today, he is your president, how can then my not having nysc certificate stop me in my political aspiration? What am i saying? I have seen people who run programmes in school which going for nysc wasnt part of the schedules for the said programmes but were given exemption letter at the end of the studies and they are doing excellently cool even much better than those who went for service.

What u know is much more important than paper qualifications, it is a pity Nigerian Graduates focus more on qualifications than intelligence.
Bro, that's the problem we are experiencing in this nation

Nobody talks about expertise in their respective fields, but how to acquire more certificates to intimidate other people... Sometimes I ask myself, is that the way it's in civilized countries cool
