Seriously I feel the man's pain but I'm not sure it's the right way to go about it...and besides why are the bank staff not doing anything about it like maybe calm him down and try to recover the money??

Hian. Who knows the story they told him after he complained.. Sometimes those Bank staff can be so unprofessional and less concerned about issues like this. And maybe the money that disappeared from his account is all he has, which is enough to drive any legit hustling young man insane.

GTBank is becoming an organized armed robbers' camp these days all in the name of rendering banking service. GTBank dubiously deducted money from my friends account and failed to credit the third party who was supposed to be the benefitiary of the money, since December last year till this very moment, all effort to get gtb to pay back the money prove abortive. they keep given one excuse or the other.
