We will have to wait for that.

Yeah we have to wait till 2019 to get their report card. As for the continuous blaming of the past regime, you cant completely blame them for that. 95% of those lambasting them are purely supporters of the last admin who deliver their bashings based on a comparison. So it's not unusual to see the apc continuosly referring to Jonathan's regime.

Secondly, this is virtually the first time we are actually having a change of power from one power block to another; that's why the blames seems strange to you.

any pathway is a road. There was a complete overhaul of onitsha/owerri road. With the way it was and the way it is now, it is a complete new road to all of us.

Imagine this mumu people! So they should have carved out a road out of no where ? Repairing roads is as good as building new roads where did they expect the roads to come from ? If not roads that were existing but in bad conditions. This people are zombiez.

How and where will they construct a new road from? Why is GMB not making good his promises?? Why travelling all over the world when his home is on fire? What good have come out of his travelling? I asked that question because am 95% sure there won't be any new road STARTED and COMPLETED by this regime. In all honesty it was a silly statement, why make that kind of statement if its not to make the public have ill feelings towards the last administration a feeling people already have.

As someone pointed out, govt is a continum, if road are roads are incomplete complete them regardless of if they are New or existing roads.

When will they stop blaming the last administration? Is it not because of their incompetence and impunity in the last adminstration that they were booted out?

I just feel we as a nation are not doing the right things and will continue to shortchange ourselve until we decide to practice true federalism/regionalism by building strong institutions. The other problem is leadership orientation - this is a major problem.

This dullness has reached epic and disturbing proportions. The 11 roads you mentioned above all existed before 2006.

Ezenwammadu, I suppose you should be an educated and enlightened person that should know the meaning of the word 'NEW'?

Now I do not have full info on the current conditions of all the REPAIRED roads you mentioned but at least I know the condition of the following which concern me:
- GEJ did not start the East-West Rd and he did not finish it. The road is still a long way from being completed.
- GEJ did not start the Abuja-Lokoja Rd and he did not finish it. A large chunk of the road is yet to be completed.
- GEJ did not start the Onitsha-Owerri road project, 95% of that project was completed under OBJ, GEJ only completed about 5% of the job and commissioned it.

I do not understand how or why these roads are being mentioned as NEW roads, these are roads that all existed before I was born. Even in terms of repairing the roads, GEJ only did portions, he didn't start and he didnt finish the jobs. So how these roads are CONSTANTLY being mentioned as GEJ's sole achievements completely beats my imagination.

Though I do not like to partake in this type of argument because i think the ruling party should rather concentrate on moving Nigeria forward than continue to blame the past administration.I will how ever mention one road which was started and completed three years ago.This road has never been tarred since Adam and Eve.It is Mpu/Okpanku,Akaeze road.Off Enugu/Portharcourt express way. Connecting Enugu and Ebonyi states..That road leads to my..formerly village but now TOWN.Thank you GEJ.
