You dont understand the omnipotence paradox. In actual sense of it, it is not even a paradox- it is just a self-refuting contradiction that shows that omnipotence cannot exists as a character trait.

It is impossible to be able to do everything because doing some things means that you can do some other things.


Creating a rock that you can't lift is not a contradiction. It is something we do a lot. Can you carry the building that you built? Can car manufacturers lift the cars they manufacture?

However, this seemingly normal thing that we humans do is a huge problem for God- creating something that he cannot lift. If he can create it, he can not lift it and therefore, he is not omnipotent. If he can't create it, he is not omnipotent. lose-lose situation
