"FDI is a myth you retarrd. Those who contribute to growth
are the indigenous companies who have there roots,
infrastructure, money invested and all domiciled in the
economy.
Not some shadowy investor who can pull out his money at
anytime and move elsewhere"

"FDI isn't a significant engine for growth. It is only part off
that growth. Remittances alone more than triple the
amount of FDI many African countries receive each year."
The actual figure is between 120 billion - 160 billion a year"

- The above are my arguments, since you suddenly developed night amnesia, let me juggle your brain dead memory.

You are a 3rd world sh1thole with a 67% income inequality coefficient!

That the minority whites who account for 8% of the population live like europeans in Europe and Australia doesn't equate to an improved livelihood of the majority blacks who live no better than people in Burundi, and account for 85% of the South-African population.

Lastly, Racism is a significant of everyday South-African life, don't come here acting like it's an alien concept. Racism in RSA is open, institutionalised and well defined. You live with it.
Again that was never the argument, I said without FDI a developing country wont survive.....then you brought up the whole remittance is a larger contributor to GDP than FDI thing.

look up the meaning of 1st,2nd and 3rd world countries.

Love how you act like you live in SA, but hey lets try it the other way around: "Don't come here acting like suicide bombings, mass killings , mass kidnaping , displacement of millions , civil war ect ect are alien concepts, terrorism in Nigeria is open. You live with it!!"

Yes, in the 80s for supporting Apartheid in South-Africa, you monumental fool. We nationalised British Petroleum so that ordinary illiterate black South-Africans can go to school, and walk back home without been attacked by dogs trained by white Afrikanner police.

Dude? Do you even remember the argument? You said remittance is a larger driver to growth than FDI......Not once did I say FDI was the largest component to GDP, what I did however say was without foreign investment developing countries can't survive.........JUST LOOK at Russia and Brazil!!! That's why I mentioned them you fvcking idi0t!!!

secondly South Africa is a NIC country, also 1st, 2nd and 3rd world technically speaking has nothing to do with economics.......If you look at the original meaning of the classification you'll realise we are with out a doubt a 1st world country.

Lastly, I thought the race card was only a Le.zz/Agubugu thing....seems you have stooped to their level, well done!!
Oh, shut up, John!

Racism is a clear reality in south Africa, it defines the very workings of south Africa.

You have a country ruled by 8% whites who control the entire economy for centuries and 85% blacks who live like destitute vagabonds.

And quit the lame NIC talk, south Africa is 3rd world sleazebucket, the loose definition of some eager and undisciplined political commentators can't change the true concept.

Last year, I told you shammers that your government will loose more power to Abuja, economically and politically as you companies' survivability becomes tied to the decisions of ASO Rock.

How many blacks are in the pic

Whites don't complain of job but almost all blacks do. They still rule south Africans in every way. No good jobs for blacks except their white men and one south African is calling us racist.

Unemployment is about 50% in south Africa and poverty rate is 26% I wonder what type of 1st world country you claim to have.

The hypocrisy and self-deception of these south Africans are so uncommon.

I watched Zuma's speech as he addressed the joint sitting of the National Assembly; he affirmed everything we've been saying here, from our efforts during apartheid south Africa and the need to forge closer alliance with Nigeria.

These chest-drumming delusionists here will seek to paint a deceptive picture. But how do you compare a Country like Nigeria whose middle class is as large as the entire population of south Africa?

I THOUGHT BOKO HARAM WAS TECHNICALLY DEFEATED

Military in gun battle with Boko Haram in Borno
There is a heavy fighting going on at strategic Bita town near Gwoza in Borno state between Boko Haram and the Military.

The fighting that started last night when insurgents in an attemtp to capture Gwoza attacked a military facility at Bita where they met a stiff resistatnce from the army, went on throughout Monday night and continued Tuesday morning.

The fight was said to have forced the military to deploy fighter jets from Yola to support ground troops who were being overwhelmed.

A source close to the ongoing war said the quick response by the jets was a big relief to the troops.

Gwoza is one of the Borno twons recaptured from the militants, and some of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) from the area returned there recently on the assurance that normalcy has been restored to the area.

...and? Majority of whites you see in the picture have finished or were close to finishing college around the time South Africa was reborn under rule of Mandela, it takes time to make engineers and for them to gain experience and making aircrafts isn't simple thing to do and not at that level which is on par to what 1st world country would make which is why Boeing is interested in ARHLAC.

You can't train engineers as you can train soldiers which are essentially cannon folder in grand scheme of things...

South Africa is facing issue with lack of engineers since the whites are either dying or leaving which cause can be corruption in SA, black being racist against whites(do the same mistakes as whites) with preference of black over white even if more capable and higher education which then hurts south african economy.

If South African goverment can't create jobs then they should atleast split the wealth, rather than work 8 hours, work 6 hours and have three shifts in company and its proven that people are far less productive after 6th hour so you're wasting money on a guy to work next two hours.

you are jonsing. Nigeria's middle class is larger than you entire population. Our poverty rate is 33% while yours is 26%. You must be very confused . Considering our population we are better of than you guys.

So is your poor population. Way bigger than South Africa's entire population. A poverty rate of 33% is bigger than 26% on any day. And for a country with 180 millon poor sods, 33% is massive. Guess you're worse off then.

Yes just as it is a shame for a country with just 50 million people to have 26% of her population leaving in poverty and over 25% of the population unemployed. I think your case is worse.

The bottomline is that the number of your poor sods is bigger than South Africa's entire population. Your argument. Deal with it.

And the percentage of South Africa's middle class is bigger than Nigeria's. Your argument again. Deal with it.

Terrorism is a clear reality in Nigeria, it defines the very working of Nigeria.
I have noticed each time you chose to reply to my post you always lack spontaneity and originality. You are wont to use my lines and mode of operation.....pseudo- plagiarism grin grin grin Let's get started, shall we ?

Racism, inequality and economic suppression between black and white has been with south Africa for over 300 years !!!! It is a definite character of the south African socio-political reality. Comparing a fleeting phenomenon as war on terrorism to a reality which has been the painful mark of your national existence only shows your brain is inherently deprived of adequate oxygen.

jln115:

Jap that why we have the largest black middle class in Africa and much much less poverty than Nigeria....in fact our poverty line is less
than half yours.
Another sham from a south African who paints a wishful picture of what he secretly hopes his country will become. Nigeria's middle class is slightly above 50 million, that's the size of the entire population of south Africa!!!

Why the heck did you think your president came with the tone and mannerism of a minion to his boss? grin

jln115:

We are an NIC and 1st world country....google is your friend.
Google is my close companion, she tells me, you're a slummy skulker grin grin grin the word NIC is wrapped in controversy and has not been generally accepted. In south Africa 8% whites live a comfortable life close to European standards, while the vast majority are a beachcombing, itinerant socio-economic hoboshoboes !!!!

What?

Lastly my name is not John.[/quote] John is trite with uncommon _stupidity grin grin

Patches the Croatian who knows too much about south African internal issues.

This happens to be the 3rd time am getting you.
You took the words right out of my mouth. The pettiness, the duplicity, the desperation for points, the inanity that besieged these south Africans to resort to any measure to win. grin grin grin grin grin

Despair must be a south African!!!

Are you a dummy? If poverty rate is 33% what will our middle class be? Definitely above 50% which is already twice your entire population. So how is your middle class bigger than that figure?

1st world country with almost 30% poverty rate. Sometimes I wonder who is deceiving you people.
