Day 3 is for FSH, LH and d likes while day 21 is for progesterone to determine if ovulation has taken place. Some drs are only interested in day 21 while some wrk with both days. IMO go for both days as they work together. Best of luck dear.

It depends on ur cycle. How many days is ur cycle? Have u tried calculating online? I use babycentre and babymed. Day 21 is a typical 28 days cycle. Monday should be okay.
Let d docs address ur ques.

@orente21 50mm is large. D cyst needs to b characterized n monitored.
Did u take ovulation induction drug like clomid n or injectable?

i took clomid 100g in last cycle bt didnt take dis cycle. Am on cd 15 nw. Do u say i shud do scans 2monitor d cyst?wil it goes away?can it prevent conceptn

Yes, it defiles textbook definition of a graafian follicle.

No, records have documented sizes like that with no risks attached. I wouldn't qualify it as a cyst, till after it fails to rupture.

I think high level hormones or drugs are at play here.

How many times have you tracked the follicle thus far? Its usually 3 times dating from day 9.
Visit the lab and see if another can be done for you today.
Or purchase an ovulation predictor kit.

As for the day 21, it should be done as scheduled.

Easy fatiguability and palpitations. She need to see a doctor soonest. Any history of heart related illness? Sickle cell disease? Asthma? Or any recent hospital admission?

Food being stuck in the throat. Dyspepsia in pregnancy is not a bell ringer.

yes it for d 2. Buh d ultimate decision lies wit d lab. Also some pple jys go ahead n do on day 21


@Jawon242 dat can b normal symptoms of preggy. She shld register for Anc.....its not too early. And check her blood level.
Also to take her folic religiously.
Be gentle n understanding. She ll soon get her sef together

@orente21 u can re-check frm cd21 onwards. It cant stop conception, but can cause pain if it continues to increase. Hopefully it will regress Clomid dont stop its work in d cycle u took it. Can affect in d next.
