One thing y'all activist need to understand is that women can never be equal to men, socially, financially, politically, economically etc.
The fight for feminism is a just fight. A woman will never be equal to a man because she can never be the same, and gendered distinctiveness is not valued by equalists.
Understand that feminism and gender equality are two different things.
It's understandable that women should be recognised in the society, allowed into the military and take on political appointments but that doesn't bring them equal to men like u distinctively argued above.

Nigerian law in regards to marriage is good. I have not qualms about it. The western world, it is not so. Do you know what women did when family laws defined them as properties? They fought it.
