The bad thing here is it is unethical to bring children in to work places because they are a source of distraction,but the good thing here is she is portraying the symbol of an African woman!

Somebody said this is wrong. I say its wrong only because we have been cultured to agree its wrong.

However, I suggest she keeps a Nanny close by that can take the kid away incase she has the needs to enter into a meeting.

I am one of the advocates for a baby friendly workplace environment.
