Life is not easier for girl children. If female scholarships is what it would take to make more women embrace economic independence, so be it. How many women apply for these gender neutral scholarships anyways? Does it mean that we do not have women who are more intelligent than these men? That should have been a research topic instead of creating numerous female scholarships. They are not me!

My parents advised me to find a way to balance both lives (Thank God for them) but my society have told numerous times to be careful. You wouldn't see that because you have no idea what that does to you. So when I say, we still have a long way to go, I really mean it.

Please my fact about the job placement is based on the fact I have been working over 12years. And that is post graduation. So I understand that world dear. Please I was only modest to tell you the girl got a first class. Infact she got a second class lower. This is evidenced in banks especially marketers and other jobs

The minority bias you mentioned is a defined class and not a bias per see. Every body knows about it and it only applies to few opportunities. The one I am talking about is an unwarranted bias towards females that isn't based on any reason. Why should she be treated like egg. Why not through competition. Let her prove to be better than the man.
