they waived it for dica'pino I guess. I think they will if you have over 145 in ur gre (based on what I can scoop). But, it's better to mail the office manager of your department. I wrote TOEFL tho.

Why not check minnesota state university? Just dat u wl hv to register with educationusa before ur admission is processed. U can try university of north texas denton too,they accept scanned materials den wen admitted,u cn den submit d original.

No I don't. I've actually applied. D only probs wit UNT,denton is the application fee. Its about 75dollars.

Write your GRE first. With both your poor undergrad and grad CGPA, you need to do very well in the gre. Your sop, references, masters research +/- work exp are very important for being selected for phd admission.

Maybe you have not been chanced enough to read through this thread. I will suggest you devote time to doing that as that might give you more clue.

To your question, your chances are as high as you are willing. Just make Google your best friend, have a good GRE score and write a wonderful SOP that will make you happy about yourself and that Scholarship await you.

Don't forget to also pray.

Alright, you are welcome home. We talk about school here. There other thread that give insight into non-school travels. I would advice you to read from page 1 of this thread to start. Then make searches for school, write some standardized exams and apply
