ViceAdmiral:
North Korea builds munitions factory in Nam
NAMIBIA'S dealings with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) have been found to be in contravention of United Nations sanctions imposed on that country.
The contravention includes the building of an armament factory.

International news media organisation Vice News reported that a UN Security Council report stated that officials in Namibia admitted to investigators that North Koreans were involved in several ventures in Namibia.

These ventures include the construction of a munitions factory in the capital, Windhoek.

http://www.namibian.com.na/index.php?page=read&id=37818

@Gottfried any pics of the mentioned facility and do u know what it actually produces?
Some more detail
DEPUTY prime minister and international relations' minister Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has confirmed the existence of a North Korean-built munitions factory in the country, but said the factory was not in contravention of any United Nations' sanctions against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Nandi-Ndaitwah said the Namibian government was not involved in anything untoward, and that government has cooperated with the United Nations and openly answered and forwarded information requested by the UN.

She also explained that all the projects on which Namibia worked with North Korea started before the UN sanctions were imposed.

She confirmed that a munitions factory was built, but that it was a Namibian project, adding that the North Koreans worked on projects such as the construction of State House, Heroes' Acre, the military museum, the Independence Museum and other military construction projects.

The UN report stated that the munitions factory was built at at Leopard's Valley in the Windhoek area, while government confirmed to the UN that Mansudae was involved in several military construction projects, including the military academy and the ongoing construction of the headquarters of the Ministry of Defence.

However, The Namibian has learned that the factory was for the production of small arms and ammunition for Namibia's purposes only, and not intended for outside governments.

The old gear you guys used to wear makes your men seem so much more professional.

If you compare footage of your guys in Sierra Leon or Liberia to footage of your guys today... the "old boys" seem, aesthetically, to be the more professional army

Emphasis: aesthetically speaking, not refering to actual ability or quality but meerly the effect the uniform has on "image"
