people don't criticize themselves for anything,no matter hw wrong it may be..criticism s dangerous because it wounds a person precious pride,hurts his sense of importance,and arouse resentment.the resentment dAt criticism engenders can demoralize employees,family members n frnds, n stil nt correct d situation dat has been condemned..so when u n I r tempted to criticize someone 2mooro,,lets realize dat criticisms r like pigeons,,they always return home,,lets realize dat d person we r goin to correct n condemn will probably justify himself or herself, n condemn us in return...if u n I want to stir up a resentment tomorrow that may rankle across d decades n endure until death,jus let us indulge in a little stingin criticism.
