In today's paper they re-advertised and pushed up the minimum points to 25(same as universities) which makes me glad...gone is the time where the uneducated and poor academic performers went to join the military smiley
In all honesty...It's bs

Females are not raped. This is nothing compared to what happens in many places. I think Sahara reporters misused the word abused.

AM very sure they rape. For them to treat another human being like this is absolutely wrong, it does not matter if they are soldiers or street sweepers, this behavior is only a symptom of a national Nigerian diseases that condones brutal behavior towards each other. I think a national public awareness campaign that extorts kindness, honestly, and mutual respect to other people is needed to change this.

This is why Nigerian soldiers have posted videos in social media of themselves beheading civilians(including women and teenagers) and torturing others while claiming its interrogation, all the while they are in uniform.

What you guys should also discuss are the videos of UN peacekeepers(non-African) in DRC brutalizing and raping women and girls.

Guy maybe where you came from soldiers rape cadets but here in Nigeria we dont have such. Infact the news on any rape incident is more like breaking news here in Nigeria even among civilians. We even have such news get to pages of newspapers. Am not saying it doesn't happen but its not common. I don't even see anything in any of the videos that would even make anyone think of rape. Your mind must be really bad/corrupt.

The video is not about rape. Its showing the primitive behavior of the soldiers, why are they beheading and torturing civilians? Nigerians whom they have taken an oath to protect?

Like I said, "this behavior is a symptom of a national Nigerian diseases that condones brutal behavior towards each other.."

The picture is lousy
But I saw three HAL Chetaks flying in the Helicopter formation...
But we only bought two?
Does this mean the South Africans finally came through with those Allouettes? grin

A couple were bought in the 90's...one of them(chetak) crashed mid air( with a cheetah) in the DRC, one(cheetah?) crash landed in Opuwo...I'm not too if it was written off or not but Helis.com says so...Keep in mind there was one painted in white and used for VIP transport as well back in the day....I'm not sure of the number of allo's/chetaks/cheetah's we have ... I also dont know what happened to the Allo's originally meant for Zim then us after

I'm not too sure what the Malian's want from us...we aren't in a position to help anyone....our defence budget just got slashed...the best we can do is send the proverbial million USD given to humanitarian cases...

So, I just did the math... the current order of badgers is enough to equip just under 3 battalions.

Who is going to be getting them?

1 SAI and 8 SAI?

I think the work of our sharpshooters basically is to neutralise the technicals with the heavy machine guns..... pictures of vehicles with bullet groupings on the windscreen points towards this direction ....

The 3rd Chetak should be air frame H-704 that was once painted White and used for VIP transport in the 90's..it the only Allo from the original ones bought in the 90's to not have crashed undecided..its gone through 3 different paint schemes as well wink..That's my take anyways
